human disentanglement puzzle

Let's give it a try! The Nameless Theater Troupe's Anything-Challenge Squad #008: 'Human Puzzle'
human disentanglement puzzle

You all know those disentanglement puzzles, right? This is a game where you do that with people.

First, participants form a circle, cross their arms, and hold hands with others.

Once everyone is connected, start untangling by turning your bodies or stepping over each other.

When you’ve formed a neat circle, you’re done.

If there are too many people it gets too complicated, so it’s best with about five or six players.

Giant Twister

YouTubers assemble! We tried a giant Twister game with men and women!
Giant Twister

Twister is usually played by two people, but with this giant Twister, a large group can play at once.

As the number of players decreases, it’s a good idea to restrict the playing area.

You might even enjoy making the Twister mat yourself.

It’s fun to revisit a nostalgic game after you’ve grown up.

Tsuntsun Tenten Game

[Trending Game] Are high schoolers hooked? Tsuntsun Tenten!
Tsuntsun Tenten Game

The Tsun-Tsun Ten-Ten game! On the way out, you slowly do a horizontal chop at your partner while singing “tsun-tsun,” and on the way back, you sing “ten-ten.” Your partner dodges it like a limbo dance, then you switch roles.

The energy is important for this one.

And if the tempo is good, it’ll really hype things up!

Brain-training catch ball

Brain training catch ball – brain in confusion!? [Fun Warm-Up 9] #icebreaker #TsukoTraining #coordination Brain kinetic football warm-up
Brain-training catch ball

It’s a brain-training exercise you can do with baseballs or soccer balls.

First, everyone taking part holds a ball and forms a circle.

Choose one person to be the “parent,” and that person passes their ball to someone else.

The direction of that pass determines the direction everyone else must pass in—a kind of rule for the game.

Since you’re always holding your own ball, the instant someone’s ball comes flying toward you, you have to pass your ball in the correct direction or you won’t be able to catch the incoming one.

That split-second decision is the tricky part.

Try it and see how many passes you can keep going in a row.

shoot relay

Here’s a shoot relay that lets you have fun while moving your body.

Divide into teams of about three people.

Each player grabs a basketball and sprints at full speed to the marker line.

Next, dribble with your right hand and run to the line, then dribble with your left hand and run to the line.

Finally, dribble while alternating between your right and left hands and take a shot at the basket.

Stay focused all the way until you make your shot! The team that sinks their shot first wins.

Give it a try!

Physical activity exercise games (11–20)

BlindSquare

Blind Square is a game you can play in teams when you have a large group.

You’ll need a rope and blindfolds prepared in advance, and while it’s quite challenging, it’s also very exciting.

Form teams of about 10 people, make the rope into a loop, and have everyone stand around it with blindfolds on.

At the start signal, everyone grabs the rope, lifts it to chest height, and works together to reshape the circle into a square.

When you think you’ve made a square, call out to stop, remove the blindfolds, and take a look.

It sounds simple, but it’s surprisingly hard to make a proper square, which makes it a fun challenge.

paper tower

paper tower

Let me introduce a paper tower game where you compete to see how high you can stack paper.

The key is to divide roles into parts: people who fold the paper and people who stack the folded sheets.

Make sure to build the base firmly so it won’t collapse easily.

Set a time limit, split into teams, get creative to build the tallest paper tower, and experiment with stacking strategies.

Since even a slight breeze can make the paper sway and collapse, you’ll need to stack carefully.
