It promotes a product where your insurance premium is discounted if you submit your health checkup results.

Imada appears as a nurse, and the footage is shot from the perspective of someone undergoing the exam.

The highlight is Imada exclaiming “Mottainaka!”—a Hakata dialect phrase meaning “What a waste!”—since it would be a waste not to submit your checkup results.

It’s extra cute because she switches from standard Japanese, which she uses at first, to her native Hakata dialect when she gets excited.

Beside them, Mio Imada stays close and provides narration.

They all sit under the kotatsu, close their eyes, and imagine themselves holding 1 billion yen.

Then Jumbo Big Brother says, “Feel the 1 billion yen even closer!” and things start to heat up.

Each of them goes wild, personifying the 1 billion yen—cooing at it, chasing it, cradling it, and doing whatever they like.

The embroidered labels on their clothes—like “CHONAN” (eldest son) and “JINAN” (second son)—are a nice detailed touch (lol).

This is the “Struggling with the Internet” installment of the lottery commercial series “Jumbo Big Brother,” featuring Satoshi Tsumabuki as the eldest son alongside a star-studded cast.

Everyone keeps chanting that you can buy lottery tickets online, when suddenly the eldest daughter, Riho Yoshioka, bursts into tears.

When they ask what’s wrong, she says she feels sorry for Kuu-chan at the storefront.

Kuu-chan is the lottery’s mascot character, a whale named Kuu-chan.

Aside from the cool-headed second daughter, Mio Imada, everyone starts crying.

Their conclusion? “Let’s buy at the store and online!” The ad ends with a deadpan remark from Imada, clearly exasperated.

Kuu-chan really is cute, though (lol).
