Surprisingly, this commercial was reportedly shot with ad-libbed lines, and it plays out like a comedy sketch starring the duo Chidori.

Set in a traditional inn, Daigo plays the proprietress while Nobu plays a guest.

As Daigo unleashes one outrageous gag after another, you can see Nobu trying hard to hold back his laughter even as he fires off retorts—and that contagious humor gradually washes over the audience too.

It’s fair to say this is a hilarious CM where the pair’s comedic instincts truly explode.
