Male artist (51–60)
lemonadeGReeeeN

This is a digital-only single by GReeeeN, released on September 20, 2021.
It also served as the theme song for ABEMA’s “Koisuru ♥ Shuumatsu Homestay” (Love-Weekend Homestay).
The song has a very fun vibe, and don’t you feel like humming along when you listen to it? Although it’s a male-vocal track, considering the key and vocal range, I think it’s a great karaoke pick for women who are good at lower registers.
Since it’s by a vocal group, it would be a blast to sing with friends and fully recreate the harmonies!
budKobukuro

Kobukuro’s “Tsubomi” is such a great song that I’d love for you to sing it, whether solo or as a duo.
Since Kobukuro is a duo, the range is fairly wide at A#2–A#4, which might make it easier for low-voiced women to sing.
For the record, when I performed this song I had a male partner, and I left all the melody lines to him while I stuck to the harmonies! The harmonies in this song are beautiful, so if you have a partner, definitely try them out.
Overall, aim for a calm, composed delivery without straining.
DiNAYuuri

Yuuri’s new song “DiNA.” This work is crafted as an emotional ballad, the style Yuuri excels at most, featuring his signature openings that rise from a low pitch with shouted accents appearing throughout.
Because falsetto appears at key moments, the overall range isn’t narrow; however, aside from those brief falsetto passages, the melody sits in the midrange.
So if you’re a lower-voiced woman who isn’t uncomfortable with falsetto, you should be able to sing it without issue.
Consider adding it to your repertoire.
FlowerFuji Kaze

This is Fujii Kaze’s 14th digital-only single, released in October 2023.
It was reportedly written as the theme song for Fuji TV’s Thursday Drama “Ichiban Suki na Hana.” The production throughout the track gives off a very stylish mood, doesn’t it? Fujii Kaze, who sings this, has a slightly higher vocal timbre for a male vocalist, which is precisely why the song could really bring out the charm of singers with lower female voices.
The chorus and other sections have some complexity with rapid pitch changes, so overall the song is a bit challenging to sing—but I encourage you to give it a try.
To keep your tone from getting heavy, try lightly placing the sound against your upper palate inside your mouth as you sing; that will help you recreate the light-touch vocal quality he has.
La Palummellakururi

Since their formation in 1996, Quruli have maintained a unique position in the Japanese music scene while continuing to exert a major influence on subsequent bands—and now they’ve taken on Neapolitan folk music! Created together with Italian musician Daniele Sepe, La Palummella was released as a digital single in October 2024 and generated significant buzz for being a track based on Neapolitan folk.
Its melody differs from typical J-pop and may be challenging for those unfamiliar with the style, but in terms of vocal range it can be sung all the way through in a low key, so we’d love to see women with lower voices give it a try.
