Eine KleineYonezu Kenshi

It’s a song by Kenshi Yonezu included on his first major-label album, YANKEE.
The album was released in April 2014.
Since its release, the track has become one of Yonezu’s signature long-selling songs.
The vocal melody is relatively simple, so even people who aren’t confident singers may find it easy to sing.
However, to deliver the song well, the key seems to be how you handle rests and the timing between phrases.
If possible, write out the lyrics and mark your breath points, where to stop the voice, and where to cut off notes, then practice with those notes in mind.
Love will winKAN

By now, it’s a hit that’s practically treated as a classic cheer song, so most people have probably heard it at least once.
It became a hit thanks to its very simple melody and KAN’s unpretentious singing, so there’s nothing to be afraid of even if you sing it at karaoke.
You don’t need any tricky leaps or technical vocal techniques at all! In terms of range, most men should be able to sing it comfortably.
If the chorus after the key change feels “a bit high,” try lowering the key by about -1 in the karaoke settings.
Be careful not to set it too low, though—your voice might lose its brightness.
If you lower the key, test it cautiously.
Messenger from Sunday↑THE HIGH-LOWS↓

This is a track included on the first album released in 1995.
It features the simple, singable melody and lyrics characteristic of Hiroto Kōmoto, one of Japan’s leading rock vocalists, and I highly recommend it.
It was released as a single in 2004.
I won’t fall in love anymore.Makihara Noriyuki

“I Won’t Fall in Love Again” is a song about a man’s feelings after parting with his beloved girlfriend.
Rather than a painful heartbreak ballad, it carries a positive message about both of them moving forward into the future.
While it’s hard to replicate Noriyuki Makihara’s distinctive high, gentle voice, the song’s range is manageable even when sung in a normal voice, so it’s best to sing it calmly.
As long as you catch the pitch at the beginning, it’s a relatively easy song—so much so that practicing just the opening can be enough.

We are!kitadani hiroshi

It’s a famous song known as the theme for the popular anime ONE PIECE.
For many people, this is the song that comes to mind when they think of ONE PIECE.
There are parts where you have to hit fairly high notes, so it’s also a good idea to power through by joining in a big sing-along with people who know the song.
Linda LindaTHE BLUE HEARTS

It was THE BLUE HEARTS’ major-label debut single, released in May 1987.
At the time of its release, Japan was in the midst of an unprecedented band boom.
Among those, the genre known as “beat punk,” like THE BLUE HEARTS, was extremely popular.
As that genre suggests, when you sing this song at karaoke, you hardly need fine vocal technique or perfect projection! Just go all out and sing with momentum, groove, and energy all the way through, just like the original.
The chorus is sure to be even more fun if everyone sings along together!
JitterbugELLEGARDEN

This is a famous song by ELLEGARDEN that was included on their second album, “BRING YOUR BOARD!!,” released in 2003, and later came out as a single.
Although many ELLEGARDEN songs have English lyrics, this one is in Japanese, making it easier to sing and popular at karaoke.
