Karaoke Beginners Welcome! Easy Songs for Men to Sing (201–210)
first quarter moonkuro usa-P feat. KAITO

A Japanese-style Vocaloid song.
The key and melody are set so it’s easy for male singers as well.
Sing it when you want to change the mood, and you’ll draw attention.
The wordiness typical of Vocaloid might be a concern, but sing as if savoring each phrase.
By singing as though you’re reading a story, you can fully showcase the song’s excellence.
Even those who find other Vocaloid songs too difficult can sing this one with confidence.
Hi! MckeeOkazaki Taiiku

Singer-songwriter Taiiku Okazaki is loved by many listeners for his comical lyrics and characters.
Since he constantly puts out hit songs, many men probably have his tracks in their repertoire.
Among his works, the one I especially recommend is Hi! Mckee.
It’s a somewhat funky number, but the rhythm is very easy to catch and the vocal range isn’t wide, making it a very singable song for men.
Feelin’ Go(o)dFuji Kaze

Fujii Kaze’s masterpiece “Feelin’ Go(o)d).” Because Fujii Kaze’s R&B-based songs often feature the advanced technique of vocal improvisation (feints/runs), they tend to be quite challenging.
In this piece, however, the use of such ad-libs is kept relatively restrained throughout.
There are more low-register parts to compensate, but they’re not extremely low, so most male singers should be able to handle them comfortably.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stylish yet easy-to-sing track.
MasqueradeShonentai

It was Shonentai’s debut single, released in 1985.
It debuted at No.
1 on the Oricon charts and ranked No.
3 on the year-end chart, becoming Shonentai’s biggest hit.
They also won the Best New Artist award at the Japan Record Awards that year.
It’s a song you can sing along to with choreography.
Gather the Windhappiiendo

This is a song by Happy End, the band that included Haruomi Hosono of YMO and Eiichi Ohtaki, known for songs like “Saraba Siberia Tetsudō” (Goodbye, Siberian Railway).
With a sensational melody and lyrics as profound as contemporary poetry, it’s hard to believe it was written 40 years ago—you’ll find yourself humming along.
Since it doesn’t feature difficult melodic lines, it’s an easy song for anyone to sing.
Blue HabitatKitanitatsuya

This is a single by Tatsuya Kitani, a singer-songwriter and bassist, released in July 2023.
It serves as the opening theme for the TV anime Jujutsu Kaisen: Hidden Inventory/Premature Death.
It’s a striking track with an aggressive, fast-paced feel! The appearance of a school chime melody partway through the song is also memorable.
Kitani himself skillfully switches between various vocal styles to perform this track, but don’t worry about the details—just pick it up at karaoke and enjoy singing along to its aggressive vibe.
peace signYonezu Kenshi

A song by Kenshi Yonezu released in June 2017.
It was used as the opening theme for the first cour of season 2 of the Yomiuri TV–affiliated anime “My Hero Academia.” The song has a relatively simple melody with a light, catchy feel, so even those who aren’t confident singers should find it easy to sing.
There are parts—especially around the chorus—where you need to sing quickly, so be careful there; ideally, memorize the lyrics before singing.
In the latter half of the chorus, the pitch moves up and down more dramatically, so watch out for that as well.
As for vocal production, while solid projection is of course best, I think singing with a natural voice without over-stylizing it will bring you closer to the feel of the original.
It’s a very fun song, so don’t overthink it—enjoy!
