When people hear “Recruit,” many strongly associate it with job-related services like Townwork and Rikunavi, but in fact, they offer a wide range of services!

Hot Pepper Beauty, SUUMO, AirPAY, Study Sapuri, Car Sensor, and Zexy are all part of Recruit’s services too, right?

With so many services under their umbrella, you often see commercials from the Recruit group on TV, and I think many people recognize the refreshing sound logo at the end of their ads.

In this article, we’ll introduce a whole lineup of Recruit commercials!

Recruit’s commercials often feature humorous direction and have become a hot topic for being entertaining!

Let’s dive right in!

[Recruit Commercials] Popular and Historic Ads Compilation [2026] (1–10)

Recruit Zexy “This Month’s Zexy April 2026 Issue (released in February 2026)” EditionAnji Ikebata

“This Month’s Zexy” TV Commercial, April 2026 Issue (released in February 2026)

In the promo commercial for the April 2026 issue of Zexy, the add-on is introduced with the usual brisk pace.

This time it seems to come with an Ariel laundry bag, and the bright, springlike colors are striking.

Anji Ikebata also looks wonderful in a dress with lace sleeves.

Recruit Jalan “A Good Trip — Traveling with Parents” / “Things to Book — Traveling with Children”Yuko Oshima

This is a commercial for Jalan, the hotel booking site operated by Recruit.

Trips you take with your parents as an adult, trips with small children—both kinds of journeys shown in this ad are truly wonderful and unforgettable, aren’t they? And to make such lovely trips possible, booking your accommodations is essential.

Many people may find themselves convinced by the message: book your trip with Jalan.

Recruit Hot Pepper Beauty “Pitatto Reservation” VersionKasumi Arimura, Yō Yoshida

Kasumi Arimura × Yō Yoshida “Hot Pepper Beauty” New CM ‘Perfect Booking Edition’

It’s a uniquely styled commercial where we watch Kasumi Arimura booking a hair salon appointment, while Kasumi Arimura and Yō Yoshida provide commentary.

It conveys how easy it is to make a reservation with Hot Pepper Beauty whenever the mood strikes.

The contrast between Kasumi Arimura’s joy at securing the booking and the two calmly explaining things also adds to the sense of ease and fun.

[Recruit Commercials] Popular and Historic Commercials Summary [2026] (11–20)

Recruit Agent: “Are strengths something only you can understand?” / “Is changing jobs lonely?”Issey Takahashi, Yuya Yagira

The “Are strengths something only you can know?” and “Is job hunting lonely?” versions are commercials that overturn the fixed ideas everyone has about job hunting.

In each spot, as the titles suggest, job seekers appear who believe “I understand my own strengths best” and “Job hunting is something you do alone.” But then Issey Takahashi and Yuya Yagira show up and reassure them that there’s also a way to proceed together with an agent.

The message lowers the hurdles of the job-hunting process and feels encouraging, resulting in a commercial that makes you think, “I want to try using it.”

Recruit SUUMO “Bakarhythm Couple Buying a House: ‘Know-how and Money’” / “‘Image and Viewing Reservation’” / “‘Bakarhythm Wants to Buy a House’”Bakarhythm, Asami Usuda

This commercial features Bakarhythm and Asami Usuda playing a married couple who consider buying a home using SUUMO.

It highlights that SUUMO offers helpful how-to articles for home purchases and a loan simulator, and lets users search listings through plenty of photos and videos, as well as quickly book tours for homes they’re interested in.

Although SUUMO is strongly associated with rentals, the ad conveys that it also provides solid support for home buying.

Recruit Hot Pepper Beauty Student Discount: ‘Goodbye, Coupon-kun.’ EpisodeHiyori Sakurada

[Hot Pepper Beauty Student Discount] ~Goodbye, Mr. Coupon. Version – 30 seconds~

This is a commercial where Hiyori Sakurada introduces Hot Pepper Beauty’s coupons.

At the beginning, the character representing the first-time-only coupon appears.

Since you can’t use it again after using it once, she tearfully says goodbye.

However, the ad goes on to show that Hot Pepper Beauty offers many other coupons, such as return-visit coupons and student discounts.

Delighted by the great deals and reunions with the coupon characters, Sakurada smiles.

Perhaps many viewers, like Sakurada, also grew attached to the personified coupon characters.

Recruit Agent “An era where you can search on your own?” / “Then we just have to make it, right?”Issey Takahashi, Yuya Yagira

It’s a series of commercials where Issey Takahashi and Yuya Yagira make people who are raring to say, “I’ll handle my job change all by myself, even if I’m busy!” stop and reconsider, saying, “That’s not necessarily the best way.” They convey that there’s information only pros know and that if you leave it to professionals, you can balance it even when you don’t have time—properly supporting people changing jobs.

The two of them striking poses while delivering their lines looks a bit awkward, and their interlude-like back-and-forth, where they cover for each other, is kind of funny, isn’t it?
