[Recruit Commercials] Popular and All-Time Commercials Compilation [2026]

When people hear “Recruit,” many strongly associate it with job-related services like Townwork and Rikunavi, but in fact, they offer a wide range of services!

Hot Pepper Beauty, SUUMO, AirPAY, Study Sapuri, Car Sensor, and Zexy are all part of Recruit’s services too, right?

With so many services under their umbrella, you often see commercials from the Recruit group on TV, and I think many people recognize the refreshing sound logo at the end of their ads.

In this article, we’ll introduce a whole lineup of Recruit commercials!

Recruit’s commercials often feature humorous direction and have become a hot topic for being entertaining!

Let’s dive right in!

[Recruit Commercials] Popular and All-Time Commercials Compilation [2026] (91–100)

Who’s on Townwork? “BARBER” EditionTatsuya Fujiwara

Tatsuya Fujiwara transforms into a dandy with a handlebar mustache in Townwork’s new commercial, “Who’s on Townwork? ‘BARBER’ Edition.”

This is the Townwork job listing commercial titled “Townwork—Who Could It Be? BARBER.” To the familiar Townwork melody, the lyrics go, “Townwork, who could it be?” A person wearing a mysterious square box with the Townwork logo gets a barber’s shave—with whipped-cream-like foam applied over the box—and a blow-dry on top of it.

Naturally, you’re dying to know who’s inside.

Then comes the long-awaited moment: the box comes off, and there he is—Tatsuya Fujiwara, sporting a perfectly curled handlebar mustache! That’s the twist of the commercial.

Who’s that on Townwork? “Kung Fu” editionTatsuya Fujiwara

Tatsuya Fujiwara shows off full-fledged kung fu action! Knocking out enemies with a pork bun!? Townwork “Who Is It?” series Part 3 CM: “Kung Fu” edition & making-of

This is the Townwork job listing site’s commercial, “Townwork—Who Could It Be? Kung Fu” version.

A “mysterious man” wearing a square box in Townwork’s signature yellow with the iconic logo strikes crisp kung fu poses like the legendary Bruce Lee or Jackie Chan and takes down wave after wave of opponents all by himself.

At one point, he even uses a move where he stuffs a meat bun into an enemy’s mouth to subdue him (lol).

Then, when the square box is removed, Tatsuya Fujiwara is revealed inside.

You might assume it’s a stunt double since he’s wearing the box, but it turns out Tatsuya Fujiwara performed everything himself.

“Part-time Japan National Team Challenge: Opening Ceremony”Shingo Katori, Sosuke Takei, Nogizaka46, The Eight Lucky Gods

[HD] Shingo Katori, Nogizaka46, Sosuke Takei, Recruit Townwork “Part-time Job Japan Representative Challenge: Opening Ceremony” TV Commercial (15 seconds)

This Townwork commercial features a star-studded cast: former SMAP member Shingo Katori, Nogizaka46, and even Sosuke Takei.

Right from the start, Shingo Katori is singing in a flashy outfit, with Nogizaka46 doing the chorus.

Just when you think that’s it, Sosuke Takei shows up at the end… why Sosuke Takei? (lol).

In this CM, it’s almost like Shingo Katori has taken the center position of Nogizaka46, isn’t it?

Jalan: “Find lodgings through reviews” version

Mikako Tabe & Nyaran: “Where should we go on our next trip?” / Jalan commercial

A commercial featuring Mikako Tabe that imagines a daydream-like trip.

Alongside Nyanran, Jalan’s official cat character, she lets her imagination run wild about where to go next, enjoying hot springs, food, and scenery.

The message suggests checking reviews on the smartphone site, and the final scene—where Nyanran adorably taps the phone together with Mikako Tabe—is especially charming.

Car Sensor: “Ms. Kawaei, you’ve got plenty of reviews!” (version)

Rina Kawaei gets irritated by Daisuke Miyagawa’s fantasies: New “Car Sensor” commercial released

This is a commercial for the Car Sensor app, a used car site operated by Recruit.

The opening phrase, “Kā Sensā shimasen kā?” was composed by Hyadain (Kenichi Maeyamada), and once you hear it, it really sticks in your head! The highlight of this ad is the perfect comedic back-and-forth between comedian Daisuke Miyagawa and former AKB48 member Rina Kawaei.

Interestingly, there’s a behind-the-scenes story that Miyagawa actually struggled with a long line in the commercial.

Zexy 25th Anniversary “Let’s Celebrate Love” Theme Song

Zexy 25th Anniversary “Let’s Celebrate Love.” Special Movie

Zexy, the magazine read by couples dreaming of their wedding—just that alone is incredibly dramatic, but Superfly fits perfectly in such a wonderful situation.

The grand composition paired with her powerful vocals makes for a deeply moving commercial that feels like it’s celebrating the couple’s new beginning.

Townwork: ‘The Fake Part-Time Job God—Yummy’ Version

Hitoshi Matsumoto impersonator JP appears as a “fake god”; Shotaro Mamiya says, “If it were just the voice, I wouldn’t know.” Townwork’s new part-time-job God commercials: ‘Fake Part-Time Job God: Oishii’ and ‘Fake Part-Time Job God: Fake Sound’

A series of commercials where Hitoshi Matsumoto plays the “God of Part-Time Jobs” and Shotaro Mamiya plays a guy looking for a part-time job.

Mamiya consults the Job God and, following his advice, takes some supplements—but it turns out that god is a fake.

“Not supplements, an app!” the real God scolds him.

In the end, everyone says the supplements taste good, and the fake and real gods are all goofing around together, which feels natural and makes it even funnier.
