This is the 2018 McDonald’s commercial featuring Rino Sashihara, titled “Value Lunch: Value Run.” The jingle is a classic parody—what you might call a rewritten lyric version.

The song that “everyone’s heard” is the 1979 track by the German musical group Dschinghis Khan, with the same title.
