Rino Sashihara and others appear! Hoken no Madoguchi CM compilation (1–10)

Hoken no Madoguchi “Mr. Ichihara: His Public and Private Sides” EditionNEW!Hayato Ichihara, Sakura Inoue

Hoken no Madoguchi CM: “Mr. Ichihara, Front and Back” Version

Hayato Ichihara appears as an employee of Hoken no Madoguchi, promoting the company’s commitment to honest service.

What’s interesting is the creative device used to convey this: as the CM title suggests, two versions of Ichihara—front and back—appear.

While it’s common to think that a person’s public face and private side have different thoughts, the two Ichiharas in this commercial say, “We mostly feel the same,” emphasizing that there’s no two-facedness.

The reversal of expectations makes for an impactful presentation.

The final gag, where he says “The chair is broken” and keeps spinning around, is also funny and memorable.

Hoken no Madoguchi: “Insurance That Suits You”Hayato Ichihara, Sakura Inoue

Hoken-no-Madoguchi commercial: “Insurance That Suits You” edition

Sakura Inoue, playing the role of a customer, asks Hayato Ichihara, who is playing an apparel shop clerk, “Does this look good on me?” The clothes Inoue is wearing have the word “insurance” printed in various designs, and she’s actually asking not whether the outfit suits her, but whether the insurance suits her.

However, Ichihara keeps replying that it doesn’t suit her at all.

Then Ichihara transforms into a Hoken no Madoguchi staff member and offers to help Inoue find an insurance plan that fits her.

It clearly conveys that at Hoken no Madoguchi, the staff will work with you to figure out what kind of insurance is right for you.

Mocomichi Joins the CompanyMocomichi Hayami, Kumi Takiuchi

CM Mokomichi Hayami - Hoken no Madoguchi: 'Mokomichi Joins the Company' Edition

The commercial “Mokomichi Joins the Company,” features Mokomichi Hayami and Kumi Takiuchi playing new hires at Hoken-no-Madoguchi.

One day, after his manager tells him, “Your induction ceremony is tomorrow,” Hayami inexplicably goes and attends Hoken-no-Madoguchi’s ceremony as is.

As he looks around while listening to a speech from someone who seems to be the company president, a few women notice him and whisper, “Isn’t that Mokomichi Hayami?” However, Kumi Takiuchi, who’s with them, brushes it off with a “No way,” preventing a commotion, and the ceremony proceeds uneventfully.

Because Hayami appears as himself, the bizarre sight of him attending a new-employee ceremony makes for an amusing commercial.

The commercial featuring Rino Sashihara, titled “Sashihara Finds Her Go-To Spot.” In this ad, Sashihara finds her regular hangout—not at a restaurant or bar, but at an insurance shop! She chats away with the staff at the counter, forgetting the time as she talks about her vague anxieties.

Even though it’s supposed to be an insurance consultation, she keeps smiling the whole time instead of looking serious.

By the time she finishes talking and leaves, she walks out with a refreshed expression.

Just as Sashihara herself narrates, it seems that visiting Hoken no Madoguchi for a consultation offers a real detox effect.

As the hazy “Moyamoya Song” that turns Sashihara’s muddled feelings into lyrics plays, she tries hard to think about insurance.

But whenever she tackles something complicated, drowsiness hits! She glances over to see her pet cat sleeping too… She moves to the bed and tries to look things up on her smartphone while lying down, but the sleepiness strikes again—and she ends up dropping the phone on her face.

Set to the song’s message that it’s better to quickly go to the counter and get advice than to fret alone, Sashihara heads to the service desk for a consultation.

After returning to her parents’ home, Sashihara is bombarded with rapid-fire questions from her mother: “How’s work?” “Met anyone nice?” “Are you eating properly?” Among them is, “Do you have insurance?” which prompts her to think she should look into it and visit Hoken no Madoguchi (the Insurance Window).

She goes without really knowing what to do, but the staff kindly respond, “Let’s figure it out together.” Also keep an eye on the Fuzzy Song, which turns Sashihara’s muddled feelings directly into music!

“Moyamoya Song: Cleaning” versionRino Sashihara, Asuka Fujiya

Rino Sashihara plays an escapist girl in glasses in Hoken no Madoguchi’s new TV commercial, Moya-Moya Song: “Cleaning”

In the Moya-Moya Song “Cleaning” commercial, Rino Sashihara appears as a customer seeking insurance advice, and actress Asuka Fujitani plays the counter staff.

Determined to think about and decide on her insurance, Sashihara opens her laptop.

But the more she tries to tackle something important, the more she feels like cleaning—and she starts cleaning instead.

Then she even begins reading manga, gets hooked on the story, and ends up spending the whole day reading volume after volume.

The ad encourages viewers that if it’s hard to handle on your own and you keep putting it off, then for insurance matters, just pop into the store and think it through together with a pro.
