A second that calls itself eternityGLAY

This is a commercial introducing Seicomart’s 2024 Christmas cakes, produced by the convenience store chain that mainly operates in Hokkaido.
After a series of shots featuring delicious-looking cakes, the ad highlights an early-bird reservation discount.
The background music is by GLAY, a band from Hokkaido, featuring “Eien wo Nanoru Ichibyou” (One Second That Calls Itself Eternity), which has been chosen as Seicomart’s Christmas season commercial song since 2021.
Beginning with lyrics that evoke winter townscapes in Hokkaido, the song portrays the earnest feelings of lovers who care for each other—a winter love song that warms the heart as you listen.
Love will winKAN

In the “Today, someone carefully” segment, the character from the icon that appears in the app when you order Uber Eats actually shows up and is depicted delivering the items.
It highlights the idea that the products we order are being brought to us through someone’s hard work.
Elevating the scene further is a cover version of ‘Ai wa Katsu’ playing as the BGM.
Originally a song by KAN, it’s arranged for this commercial as a gentler, more ballad-like rendition with a female vocal.
The result conveys a tender, warm atmosphere.
BUCHI AGAINKOMOREBI

Masaki Suda, playing the role of a general-store owner, tells a female customer, “What you should give at Christmas might not be a thing,” and suggests they go to USJ together.
In this “NO LIMIT! Christmas” version, the hip-hop unit KOMOREBI’s “BUCHI AGAIN” is featured.
The lyrics, which urge listeners to have high-energy fun, are striking, and the track builds into a song that makes your excitement grow the more you listen.

This is a commercial announcing the Christmas campaign being held at Lumine.
LE SSERAFIM has been chosen for the 2024 campaign, and in the commercial, each member appears on screen one by one.
The CM features “Star Signs,” a track included on their single “CRAZY,” released in November 2024.
It’s a romantic, zodiac-themed song with a gentle sound and soothing vocals.
The wind has changed direction.MONO NO AWARE

“How’s work been lately?” This commercial for Brother, with the tagline “Let’s do good work,” opens on a scene where young employees played by Anji Tomonaga and Iori Abe are having that conversation.
Although they say their jobs are going well, they’re actually feeling stuck.
Still, as they look back on memories from their student days, they spur each other on and throw themselves into their work, reminding us how wonderful it is to have friends who can encourage one another like that.
The BGM features MONO NO AWARE’s 2023 track “Kaze no Muki ga Kawatte” (“The Wind Has Changed Direction”), whose calm instrumentation carries lyrics that stoke a fighting spirit.
iLYNumber_i

Featuring close-up shots of the Number_i members’ faces, this is the KOSE Sekkisei commercial “i Bright.
Facing forward, with this skin.” Its visuals are characterized by a clear, translucent look with a white-based backdrop, perfectly conveying the image of a skincare brand.
The background music is “iLY,” a track from Number_i’s album “No.I” released in September 2024.
Unlike their previous singles with an aggressive, cool vibe, this song has a refreshing feel, with the trio’s vocals beautifully layered.
Meanwhile, outside of the chorus, it also showcases rap—a hallmark of their music—so be sure to listen to the entire track.
We againSG

In the Calorie Mate commercial featuring Chika Kiyoshima, Noa Nakata, and Saki Hamao, the story follows a high school student who pauses their brass band club activities to focus on studying for university entrance exams.
They switch from club to exam prep, work hard, pass the exams, and then return to playing their instrument.
Many viewers were surely moved by this wonderful, youth-filled story.
The background music is “Bokura Mata” by SG, a song well-loved as a graduation tune.
For this commercial, it’s arranged into a grand and beautiful brass band version, making it especially compelling to listen to.
