Yakult is well-known as a drink that helps regulate your physical condition, and this commercial is for Yakult 1000, which has an image of being especially effective.
It shows Yakult 1000 being incorporated into everyday life and leading to relaxation, with strong emphasis on appearances by MISIA, Takayuki Yamada, and Anne (An).
The song that accentuates the bright, health-transforming vibe of Yakult 1000 is MISIA’s “CHANGE MY WORLD.” Written specifically for the commercial, the track contrasts changing one’s physical condition with shifting one’s mindset in a positive direction.
