Stick Soccer is a seated, rod-assisted soccer game you can enjoy without standing.
It’s popular as an inclusive sport—there’s even a Japan Stick Soccer Association—and can be enjoyed by older adults and people with disabilities.
Players sit in a single row of chairs facing each other and split into two teams.
With goals on both sides, your aim is to score in the opposing goal while those positioned in front of your own goal defend to prevent the other team from scoring.
Like traditional soccer, one team consists of 11 players, though around 10 players per team is also an easy number to play with.

In time with the music, they strike the floor with zeni-daiko in both hands, clap them together, and spin them in their palms.
