Ryuto, the guitarist of the visual kei band Shoujo Lolita 23-ku, is from Sendai City in Miyagi Prefecture.
Their single “-Hikari-” debuted at No.
40 on the Oricon Weekly Chart and No.
1 on the Indies Chart.
Shoujo Lolita 23-ku had been on an indefinite hiatus since 2012, but it was announced that they would fully return starting in 2017.
Celebration BoatKadowaki Rikuo

Rikuo Kadowaki is from Minamikata Town in Tome District, Miyagi Prefecture.
Just before his record debut, he worked both as a bus driver for Miyagi Kotsu and as a farmer.
He gained support through the local wired broadcasting service, and as karaoke became popular at the time, his song started being sung widely, eventually selling over one million copies and becoming a million seller.
It has since become a staple song often sung at weddings.
KIMERO!!OxT

Tom-H@ck, who is active as a musician, is from Ishinomaki City in Miyagi Prefecture.
Under the joint unit name OxT with Masayoshi Oishi, he has released the single “KIMERO!!”.
“KIMERO!!” is used as the ending theme for the TV anime Ace of Diamond.
