Yearning for youFuranku Nagai

Frank Nagai, who was active as a mood-kayō (mood music) singer, was from Matsuyama Town, Shida District, Miyagi Prefecture (now Ōsaki City).
He arranged Teiichi Futamura’s “Kimi Koishi” in a jazz style, and it became a big hit.
It was selected for the Grand Prix at the 3rd Japan Record Awards and has become one of Frank Nagai’s signature songs.
In 2009, he was named the first Special Meritorious Citizen of Ōsaki City, Miyagi Prefecture.
Welcome! Handsome☆ParadiseKano Eiko

Eiko Kano, who is active as a comedian and singer, is from Kurikoma Town, Kurihara District, Miyagi Prefecture (now Kurihara City).
He released “Welcome! Ikemen☆Paradise” as his debut single.
In addition, under the name 50TA, he has also released a best album titled “50TA.”

War of IndependenceSuzuki Saiko

Ayako Suzuki is from Iwanuma City in Miyagi Prefecture and made her debut as a singer in 1990.
The lyrics and music for this song were written by Toshihiko Takamizawa of THE ALFEE, and it was used as the theme song for the Fuji TV drama “Tennis Shōjo Yume Densetsu! Ai to Kyōko.” Ayako Suzuki has also performed under the name SAICO.

Liho is a singer-songwriter from Kakuda City in Miyagi Prefecture, who continues to base her activities within the prefecture.
With an acoustic guitar in hand, she explores a wide range of genres—rooted in J-pop while venturing into folk and rock.
Her studies in early childhood education at university and her experience working at a children’s care facility lend a deep warmth to her music.
She began her solo career in March 2018, and Cheese Cake, a track from her mini-album REFOREST, drew attention on a local radio station.
Her songs have been featured in many local commercials, including for Miyagi Kenmin Kyōsai (Miyagi Prefectural Mutual Aid).
In April 2022, she was appointed a PR ambassador for Kakuda City, affirming her strong reputation in her hometown.
Remind me…kolme(kaimae: callme)

Kolme is a girls’ unit whose members are all from Miyagi Prefecture.
It was formed in 2014 by three members who graduated from the girls’ group Dorothy Little Happy.
They are entirely self-produced, handling everything from songwriting and composition to choreography, makeup, and costumes.
They made their major debut in 2015 with “To shine,” and at that time the group was called callme, pronounced the same as now.
In 2018, with overseas activities in mind, they changed the group’s name to its current styling.
Eternal Traveler ~Dear Boy~Snow*

Snow* is from Yamamoto, Miyagi Prefecture, and previously performed under the name Yuki Otake.
This song was used as the ending theme for the TV anime The Idolmaster XENOGLOSSIA and was released in 2007.
In the 28th Horipro Talent Scout Caravan Love Music Audition in 2003, Yuki Otake won the Grand Prix out of 34,911 contestants.
Goodbye, Boykaraa botoru

Color Bottle is a three-piece rock band from Sendai, Miyagi Prefecture, and they released this song in 2006.
It reached No.
20 on the Oricon Indies Chart, won Oricon POWER NEXT, and peaked at No.
6 on the USEN J-POP overall chart.
With overwhelming support from fans, it has always been a core part of their live performances, and it is a song the members have cherished.
