It’s part of the familiar series where Tetsurō Degawa and Mana Ashida play the Bakabon family, but this time, Iyami himself appears! And the surprising part is that Iyami is played by Ainosuke Kataoka.
Kataoka has tackled many strong, distinctive roles, and his take on Iyami is no exception—if anything, it’s almost too intense a character.
The signature hairstyle, mustache, and flashy outfit all feel perfectly natural on him, and he bursts onto the scene with the sudden “Shee!” pose.
