Sweets made with glue paint
Decorating is so much fun! Here are some sweet ideas you can make with glue paint.
You’ll need donut, cupcake, and heart motifs made from construction paper, decorative materials like beads, craft glue, paint, and paper cups.
First, mix craft glue and paint in a paper cup to make “cream.” Next, spread the cream on the donut or cupcake motifs and decorate with beads and other materials.
Finally, let it dry, display it, and you’re done!
Heart mobile

Let’s make a heart mobile using construction paper.
In this idea, we’ll create two types of heart decorations.
For the first one, prepare four heart-shaped cutouts, fold each in half, stack them, and glue them together so they form a 360° heart.
For the second one, cut two long, narrow strips of construction paper, overlap one end at a 90° angle and glue them.
Then overlap and glue the other ends so that the base of the heart forms a lattice pattern—this completes the piece.
Make several of each, then thread twine through the center to finish the mobile.
Hanging decorations made with origami

Let’s decorate your room and lift your spirits! Here are some ideas for a hanging ornament made with origami.
You’ll need origami paper, scissors, embroidery thread, and craft glue.
First, fold a heart, ribbon, strawberry, chocolate bar, and love letter out of origami paper.
Next, use the embroidery thread and craft glue to attach the origami pieces.
Tilting each motif at an angle makes it extra cute! Finally, hang it up, and you’re done! It’s a perfect garland for Valentine’s Day.
Give it a try!

Chocolate made with colored plastic bags

We’re introducing a chocolate-themed craft idea using colored plastic bags.
It’s perfect when you want to brighten up a wall with larger decorations.
The process is simple: cut the colored plastic bags into heart shapes and attach the edges with tape.
Then just decorate them however you like! Add ribbons, make a checkered pattern, or finish them to look like they’re drizzled with jam or other sauces.
Looking at real Valentine’s chocolates can help spark even more ideas.
Have fun making them cute!
Heart paper fan

Here’s an idea for heart-shaped paper fans that will give your room a cute, charming vibe.
A paper fan is a decoration made by combining accordion-folded paper.
This time, we’ll fold a rectangular sheet into an accordion and then bend it into a V-shape to form a heart.
Once it’s finished, try sticking it on the wall or displaying it as you like.
By the way, using a clip makes it easy to hold the V-shape in place.
Another appeal of this idea is how simple it is—you don’t need scissors or glue.
[Origami] Candy

On Valentine’s Day, lots of cute sweets like chocolate, cakes, cookies, and candy make an appearance, don’t they? How about some easy-to-make origami candy? You can use your favorite colors like pink or blue, and if you use sparkly pearl paper or marble-patterned origami, the cuteness doubles! It’s also fun to make lots and stick them onto large construction paper or poster board for decorations.
A candy wall decoration that kids love will make everyone feel excited.
[Cardboard and Yarn] Fluffy Heart

Let me introduce a fluffy wall decoration that’s perfect for the cold season! First, cut a heart shape out of cardboard and apply double-sided tape to one side.
The idea is simple: just wrap yarn around it.
If you use thick, soft yarn sold at dollar stores, it will turn into a fluffy decoration both in look and feel! Before you start wrapping, make a loop with the end of the yarn and secure it at the top so you can easily hang it on a hook.
You can also tuck artificial flowers between the yarn to add a Valentine’s vibe!
