Its founding spirit is “to seek the truth, live by the truth, and reveal the truth.” Originating from a dormitory established by Nishi Hongan-ji, it is a Buddhist-affiliated institution. The school festival at the Fukakusa Campus is called the Ryukoku Festival and is held over three days on November 2nd, 3rd, and 4th.
