While the latter half is notable for its many high notes, the real highlight is the English part in the first half.

It goes by at an incredible speed, so very few people can sing it perfectly.

The way vocalist Yojiro Noda delivers it so smoothly truly shows he’s a returnee raised abroad.

RADWIMPS songs have a distinctive quirk, and I think this one is especially hard to sing unless you really listen to it a lot.

If you only remember it vaguely, you might miss the breathing cues and mess up.

Be sure to practice it thoroughly.

RE RESCUEREOL

Reol – ‘RE RESCUE’ Music Video
RE RESCUEREOL

Reol is a female singer-songwriter who has gained popularity for her sharp musical sensibilities.

She consistently produces great songs without compromising her style, but among her works, the one I especially recommend is RE RESCUE.

The particularly challenging point in this track is the section in the chorus where falsetto and chest voice switch back and forth.

It demands precise pitch control while also requiring strength, making it unquestionably a high-difficulty song.

Superfly’s fourth single, released in 2008, is “Ai o Komete Hanataba o” (“A Bouquet with Love”).

It’s one of her signature songs, chosen as the theme for the TBS drama Edison no Haha (Edison’s Mother).

This track showcases Superfly’s prowess, especially her powerful high notes, with a chorus that keeps climbing into a high melodic line.

Because she uses a middle voice that resonates in the nasal cavity even in the high range, she can produce a solid, powerful sound with plenty of presence.

7th TriggerUVERworld

UVERworld 『7th Trigger』
7th TriggerUVERworld

It’s UVERworld’s 21st single, released in 2012.

The melody and overall vibe develop pretty quickly, so it’s all about practice! It’s got a great groove, and if you manage to get through the whole song, it feels really refreshing.

Give it a try for some stress relief!

Shaka Beach ~Laka Laka La~UVERworld

UVERworld’s songs have relatively high keys, so they’re quite challenging for karaoke.

On top of that, this song isn’t just high; it also has rap sections, so a good sense of rhythm is required.

If you listen closely to the accompaniment while singing, you should be able to avoid speeding up or slowing down.

AmbivalentUru

AmbivalentUru

Uru is a female singer-songwriter with an impressively soft vocal timbre.

She’s known for a variety of styles, from J-pop with a rock edge to classic mainstream J-pop.

I imagine many fans in their teens and twenties like her as well.

Among her works, the one I particularly recommend is Ambivalent.

As a vocal line, it isn’t especially difficult, but trying to recreate her slightly whispery voice makes the difficulty jump up.

If you’re aiming for a high level of polish, practice producing sustained long tones in a whispery voice that uses plenty of breath.
