Kochi OHANA ALOHA FESTIVALKochi Prefecture, Sat 3/14–Sun 3/15
The Kochi OHANA ALOHA FESTIVAL is a hula and aloha festival in Kochi that has been held since 2023, with the 2026 event marking its third edition. The venue is Umi no Terrace in Katsurahama Park. Admission is free, and parking is paid. In addition to performances by hula groups, guest Hawaiian music artists such as KYAS, Keita Ushijima, and DUO KAI will appear. The festival will take place over two days, March 14 and 15, 2026.

Barley Food Music FestivalFri 3/13 – Sun 3/15, Osaka Prefecture
Mugishoku Oto Festival 2026 “After EXPO” is an urban festival where food and culture from over 40 countries gather, built on the international connections fostered through the Osaka-Kansai Expo. The venue is the Lower Plaza of Expo ’70 Commemorative Park in Suita, Osaka Prefecture. In addition to a large assembly of multinational foods, artists and groups who actually performed at the Expo will also appear. Admission is free, the event will be held rain or shine, and it will take place from March 13 to 15, 2026.

Takarazuka Music Corridor in SakasegawaHyogo Prefecture, Sun., 3/8
“Takarazuka Music Corridor in Sakaesegawa” is a city-strolling event where local restaurants and musicians collaborate, entering its third year in 2026. The venues are 16 establishments around Hankyu Sakaesegawa Station, and by purchasing a wristband, attendees can freely hop between locations and enjoy 42 live performances. The lineup ranges from singer-songwriters and acoustic bands to ukulele and tap dance. Scheduled for March 2026.

Minoh Mimosa FestivalSun, Mar 8 — Osaka Prefecture
The Minoh Mimosa Festival is an event held in connection with Mimosa Day and International Women’s Day on March 8, aiming to promote the charms of the area and create tourism content through Minoh’s mimosa. At the venue, Q’s Mall Kayano Plaza in Minoh, there will be a variety of music stages including jazz, gospel, and steelpan, as well as a marketplace featuring mimosa-related products and photo spots. Surrounded by Minoh’s mimosa—renowned for having one of the highest shipment volumes in the Kansai region—this will be the second edition of the event, taking place in March 2026.
