Summer Music Festival Held in Eastern Japan [2026]

“Mirai Park Music Festival” is a community-focused music fest held on the Mirage Land lawn in Uozu City, Toyama Prefecture, marking its 7th edition this year. Artists from across genres gather in one place, with a program designed for kids and adults to enjoy all day long. Local-born talent Ai Matsumoto serves as the main host, and the event simultaneously features a kids’ area called “Niko Niko Enjoy Station,” a cosplay project, and local food and drink booths. Officially conceived as a performance grounded in Kanazawa’s cultural soil—where traditional culture handed down since the feudal domain era coexists with contemporary creative industries—the event will feature not only a live show at the venue but also a simultaneous cosplay parade in central Kanazawa, creating a citywide, circulatory festive space that unites the entire town. Scheduled for July 2026.
