Kuroishi Yosare Rock Fes is a rock festival held by the Kuroishi Yosare Executive Committee, for which the Kuroishi Tourism Association serves as the secretariat, as a related event to Kuroishi Yosare, a traditional event in Kuroishi City, Aomori Prefecture.
