Galaxy Note8 「Do Bigger Things」
This is a song called “The Power” by Sweet Spirit, a rock band based in Texas, USA.
Texas is often associated with cowboys and country music, but the pop and rock scenes are actually really vibrant too! The vocals by Sabrina Ellis are incredibly powerful—such a cool track!
Galaxy A 「Official Launch Film」
The Galaxy A “Official Launch Film” features the Exciters’ debut single, “Tell Him.” It’s a track that showcases the charm of a simple song, and Brenda Reid’s husky vocals riding on the bouncy sound are really cool.
In the commercial, the message also seems to align with the phrase “Different attitude,” suggesting that while men and women may think differently, we should acknowledge and accept those differences.
Galaxy Holiday Gift Campaign
The Morning Benders—who have been active as POP ETC since 2012—are a four-piece highly regarded in the American indie scene.
Their second album, Big Echo, released in 2010 and produced by Chris Taylor of Grizzly Bear, brought them worldwide recognition and is still remembered as a landmark work that heralded the dawn of 2010s US indie.
The opening track of that album, featured here, has a handmade, dreamy baroque-pop feel—an oldies-style, beautiful song said to pay homage to the music of the late Phil Spector.
Guided by a lilting 6/8 rhythm, it truly puts you in a dreamlike state.

Just like Apple once used rock band tracks in their ads, this one features an amazing fuzz guitar from the rock band Way Way Okay! I’d love to hear more of their songs, but for now the band remains shrouded in mystery.
Galaxy S22 | S22 Ultra “On sale now!”
The commercial “Galaxy S22 | S22 Ultra: On Sale Now!” leaves a strong impression with its imagery of a man filming a city at night.
The song featured in the ad, “Land of 1000 Dances,” was recorded in 1966 by American singer Wilson Pickett.
In Japan, it’s also well known under the title “Dance Heaven.” Its lively beat and humorous vocal delivery leave a lasting impression.
This number features a dazzling brass band sound reminiscent of jazz and soul, resonating dynamically.
