物語は玉賀出造という名の人物—名前は「玉賀出造」と書く—が選挙カーに乗って演説している場面から始まる。

As he passionately addresses the crowd, a promotional vehicle for Pachinko Parlor ABC pulls up alongside him! Drawn in by the repeated chant of “Jan-jan bari-bari” coming from the promo car, his election speech gradually and unwittingly turns into an advertisement for pachinko.

It’s a unique and humorous storyline.

Beyond the progression of the ad itself, the final sequence is also memorable, where the character rhythmically says the parlor’s name while mimicking the motion of turning a pachinko handle.
