This is a commercial for Shofuku, a ramen shop with its main location in Numazu City, Shizuoka Prefecture, and a broad presence across the prefecture.

Lesco House is a home builder that offers houses resilient to disasters such as earthquakes, floods, and fires.

The commercial depicts a reporter visiting a home and asking questions to a bear, delivering quirky lines along the way.

The amusing back-and-forth, while explaining the builder’s strengths, is quite addictive.

In the final scene, the company name appears on screen as the reporter and the bear wave.

It’s a local commercial packed with charming, addictive touches.
