Norwegian WoodGo-hyaku (Ū Bai)

Wu Bai, the king of live performances.
His music is rooted in rock, woven with blues and the resonant sound of Taiwanese, creating a striking style.
His unique stage name “Wu Bai,” meaning “five hundred,” comes from a childhood episode where he scored 100 in all five subjects and his family started calling him that.
In 1992, he formed his own band, Wu Bai & China Blue, and fully launched his music career.
He rose to wider fame with the 1994 release of “Wanderer’s Love Song,” and his signature tracks include “Summer Night Breeze” and songs from the album “Lonely Tree, Lonely Bird.” At the 10th Golden Melody Awards in 1999, this classic album, “Lonely Tree, Lonely Bird,” won Best Album.
If you want to feel the heat of true rock spirit, or immerse yourself in the unique world shaped by songs in Taiwanese, his music will surely strike a chord.

She is a singer-songwriter who began her career in 2010 with the folk band PiA.
While rooted in folk, her music blends pop and R&B, paired with lyrics that humorously depict daily life—hallmarks of her style.
With the band, she released the EP Rainy Day Diary and the album Truth from the Heart, and in 2013 carried the Japan-edition release Dreaming Goldfish on a tour of Japan.
After going solo, she released albums including I’m More Humorous.

You Walk Toward Me (with 9m88)Banensen

Ma Nien-Hsien is a musician who stands out brilliantly in Taiwan’s indie scene.
Based in Taipei, his music—often described as city pop or psychedelic AOR—boasts an irresistible urban sophistication.
Its mellow, dreamlike soundscapes have a buoyant comfort, as if lifting listeners gently away from reality.
Active since the 2010s, his body of work absorbs diverse musical elements from the West and Japan, establishing a uniquely his own sonic world that’s tropical yet somehow nostalgic.
He consistently draws keen attention from critics and actively engages with Japanese artists.
Cherishing the mood inherent in sound and the unspoken emotions it carries, his music seems especially suited to those who want to step away from the everyday and sink into a slower, more relaxed sense of time.
