[Townwork Commercials] Popular and Historical Commercials Summary [2026] (1–10)
That experience is your allyHaruna Kawaguchi, Ryunosuke Kamiki, Kei Tanaka, Fumino Kimura

This commercial portrays the growth and realizations of people working in various places: Ryunosuke Kamiki working at a convenience store, Fumino Kimura at an izakaya, Kei Tanaka at a moving company, and Haruna Kawaguchi at a stylish delicatessen.
Each of them experiences a change in their work mindset and way of thinking through failures or by becoming mentors to juniors.
It’s a memorable commercial in which all the cast members appear vibrant and full of life.
Who’s on TownWork? “Debut Dance” EditionSho Hirano

This is the Townwork series commercial “Townwork—Who Could It Be? Entrance Dance” featuring Sho Hirano from King & Prince.
The aerobics-style dance and outfits evoke the 80s.
Among the members who make a lively entrance dancing, there’s the familiar member with a box over their head from the “Townwork—Who Could It Be?” series.
When the dancing members and those around them pop off the box—who appears but Sho Hirano with a perfectly posed face.
It’s a commercial that’s comical yet ends on a cool, sharp note.
Hair SalonHitoshi Matsumoto

This series of commercials features Hitoshi Matsumoto as a mysterious figure who recommends part-time jobs and Townwork.
In one ad, a woman at a hair salon says to her stylist, “I’m thinking of getting a part-time job at a café,” and Matsumoto, seated next to her, suggests Townwork in a low, strangely calm voice.
Also, you can’t help but wonder: is he getting a perm? Is Matsuchan getting a perm? It’s that kind of commercial (lol).

“Graduation” ArcHitoshi Matsumoto, Kanna Hashimoto

This Townwork commercial aired in 2015.
In addition to Hitoshi Matsumoto, who regularly appears in Townwork ads, popular actress Kanna Hashimoto also appeared, making it a hot topic.
The scene is a graduation ceremony, where teacher Hitoshi Matsumoto shouts to student Kanna Hashimoto, “If you’re going to get a part-time job, use Townwork.” It would make no sense if it happened in real life, but in a commercial it’s funny, isn’t it?
Townwork Townwork Song “Humming” Version / “Standing” VersionMio Imada

Mio Imada appears in the Townwork commercials, known for the catchphrase “If you’re going to get a part-time job, Townwork.” In the “Humming” version, she is shown singing a parody of “When the Saints Go Marching In.” In contrast, in the “Standing” version, the parody plays as background music, but Mio Imada simply stands there, looking a bit bashful.
The final shot of her flashing a peace sign with a smile is particularly memorable.
Neither spot relies on flashy appeals, yet both are crafted into highly memorable commercials.
Townwork “Friend’s Part-Time Job God” – Best Friends EditionHitoshi Matsumoto, Ruriko Kojima, Shotaro Mamiya

This is the Townwork commercial series titled “Friend’s Part-Time Job God: Best Buddies,” featuring Hitoshi Matsumoto from Downtown as the ‘God of Part-Time Jobs.’ The ‘Part-Time Job God,’ played by Matsumoto, appears before Shotaro Mamiya, who is always looking for part-time work.
This time, Mamiya’s friend is also job hunting, but the one who appears to him is a female deity, Ruriko Kojima.
As Mamiya watches their exchange with envy, Matsumoto gently stays by his side, and in the end, he even gives him a peck on the cheek.
The final moment where Mamiya lets his natural self slip out and chuckles is really cute.
Townwork “Friend’s Part-Time Job God” Crying VersionHitoshi Matsumoto, Ruriko Kojima, Shotaro Mamiya

This is the Townwork commercial series featuring Hitoshi Matsumoto from Downtown as the “Part-Time Job God,” titled ‘Friend’s Part-Time Job God: Tears.’ Shota Mamiya and his friend are holding their smartphones, saying, “We’ve gotta look for a part-time job,” when each of their own Part-Time Job Gods appears.
Seeing the beautiful Part-Time Job God assigned to his friend, Ruriko Kojima, Mamiya says, “I want that god instead!” which makes Matsumoto burst into tears.
Then Mamiya gently pulls the weeping Part-Time Job God into an embrace… Those two make quite the pair, don’t they? (laughs)
