A lampshade is what you’d call the “shade” for a light.
The materials you’ll need are a body towel, a balloon, and an LED bulb.
First, inflate the balloon.
Then cut the body towel and attach it so that it covers the balloon.
Be sure to leave the bottom part open.
After that, pop the balloon and you’re done.
When you place a light inside the dome-shaped body towel, it will illuminate your room with a dreamy, magical ambiance.
Stylish ribbon tray

This ribbon tray is made using the bottom of a milk carton.
Decide the height, cut off everything except the bottom section, and snip the corners as well.

Himmeli made with straws
Do you know the object called Himmeli? It’s a traditional decoration from Finland in Northern Europe—like a mobile—made by connecting pieces of straw to form polyhedra and hanging them from the ceiling.
You often see them on stylish social media accounts.
This idea is about making a Himmeli using straws.
If you use paper straws in natural colors instead of plastic, it looks authentic.
Even if you make the same shape, switching to black straws gives it a stylish finish.

tile coaster
How about making your own original tile coasters using wooden coasters and tiles? Small tiles and glass tiles are also sold at 100-yen shops.
Arrange the tiles however you like and glue them onto a wooden coaster with wood glue.
Once the glue has dried, apply cement thinned with water to fill the gaps, and wipe the surface before it dries.
Don’t worry if there are small holes or if you wipe too much—you can touch it up with more cement.
Wipe the tile surfaces with a wet wipe and let everything dry thoroughly, and you’re done!
