Meiko Festival | Osaka University of TourismNov 1 (Sat) – 2 (Sun), Osaka Prefecture

At the Meiko Festival, there’s a lot to enjoy: food stalls run by first- and second-year seminar groups and volunteer organizations, Dream World—a kids’ area featuring super ball scooping and ring toss—and popular attractions like “Chiri-mon,” short for chirimen monsters. There will also be sales of vegetables harvested locally in Senshu.

Kofusai | The University of Shiga PrefectureSat 11/1 – Sun 11/2, Shiga Prefecture

The Lake Breeze Festival, commonly known as “kofoo,” is held every November at The University of Shiga Prefecture. It actively engages in eco-friendly initiatives such as the No-My-Car campaign and the My Chopsticks campaign, values connections with the local community, and is a campus festival that can be enjoyed by everyone from children to the elderly. Every June, the Lake Breeze Summer Festival is also held.

Kansai University Unified School Festival | Kansai UniversitySat 11/1–Tue 11/4, Osaka Prefecture

This is the university festival of Kansai University, which has around 30,000 students.
