JIN – Jin –Takami Yū

Composer Yu Takami has worked on numerous drama and film scores, continually supporting the worlds of visual works through sound.
This piece, included on the album “TBS Sunday Theater ‘JIN’ Original Soundtrack,” released in December 2009, was created as the main theme for the drama of the same name.
The melancholic melody voiced by the erhu beautifully depicts the scenery of the late Edo period and the struggles of modern people.
In figure skating, it gained attention when used by Rinka Watanabe.
