Within their songs—an eclectic fusion of pop, rock, jazz, and R&B—Matsuura’s keen sense of rhythm and distinctive drumming play a crucial role.
On the 2021 album “Editorial,” he expanded his musical range by taking on songwriting and composition for the first time.
A devoted user of a DW Collector’s Series drum kit, he is meticulous about sound crafting.
