[Covers and Parodies Are Appealing Too] Kirin Commercial Songs [2026] (211–220)
Everything is alright.RC sakuseshon

This song, included on RC Succession’s 13th album “HEART ACE,” was released in 1985.
It was put out to commemorate RC’s move to an independent management office, with lyrics and music by Kiyoshiro Imawano.
The Flower Companyz covered it as the theme for Kirin Beer’s “Nodogoshi ALLRIGHT” commercial.
I want you to kiss me.THE BLUE HEARTS

It was released in 1987 as THE BLUE HEARTS’ third single.
The song has been featured in many commercials, with lyrics and composition by Hiroto Kōmoto.
In 2015, it was also used in a Kirin Beer Hyoketsu commercial starring Emi Takei, and it remains a beloved classic many years after its release.
wheat fieldKimura Yoshino

It originally derived from the Scottish folk song “Comin’ Thro’ the Rye,” and in Japan it was arranged under the title “Dareka to Dareka,” also known as “Mugibatake” (Wheat Field).
At that time, the rhythm was changed to a lively one, and because The Drifters also covered it, in Japan it’s more strongly associated with the image of “Mugibatake” than with the original.
As the title suggests, it’s a song set in a wheat field, so it’s a perfect fit for a beer commercial.
It’s a pleasant track that adds color to the luxurious moments of enjoying a beer on your day off.
Love Garmentimase

In the commercial “Koi-Goromo” for Kirin’s flagship product, Afternoon Tea, the collaboration with imase has been creating a buzz.
The CM features imase’s song “Koi-Goromo” as the BGM, and it also uses footage from the music video, whose visual beauty is captivating.
“Koi-Goromo,” which plays as the background music, was released in 2024 and portrays winter scenery and the bittersweet romances of youthful days.
It’s a heart-tightening, soul-warming track that perfectly suits the MV depicting students in a brass band.
Little Green BagGeorge Baker

George Baker, a singer from the Netherlands, and his song “Little Green Bag.” If just the artist’s name and title ring a bell for you, you might be a bit of a music buff.
In Japan, it’s been used in a series of commercials, making it one of those quintessential tracks where “I’ve heard it, but I don’t know the title.” The intro’s woody bass melody starts off with a sly vibe, the beat comes in, and the high-toned vocals weave together.
Then when the chorus hits—what is this rush of liberation! It’s a song we often listen to casually, but if you prick up your ears a little, you’ll make some delightful discoveries.
Starlight ParadeSEKAI NO OWARI

An early masterpiece packed with the charm of SEKAI NO OWARI—their captivating, fantasy-like worldview.
Released as a single in 2011, it was featured in the commercial for Tanrei Green Label, “GREEN JUKEBOX: Star.” The dreamy, floating sound and romantic lyrics make you feel as if you’re being whisked away to a beautiful world.
The music video, which seems to trace the journey toward the world they envisioned, is also deeply moving and fills you with positivity.
For a brief moment, it might be nice to gaze at the stars and let your thoughts drift.
20th Century BoyT-REX

This song was released in 1973.
It is famous as the main theme for the manga and film 20th Century Boys, but it has also been used in a wide range of contexts, including TV commercials for Toyota Voxy, Sanyo’s Xacti digital cameras, and Kirin’s Bekkaku, as well as background music for Hirake! Ponkikki.
