Bridge of Gloryyuzu

Nippon Life’s commercial titled “Now, to the Bridge of Glory,” which declared support for the Tokyo Olympics held in 2021, featured Yuzu’s signature song Eikou no Kakehashi (Bridge of Glory).
Released in 2004, the song’s lyrics affirm the efforts accumulated over time and the hardships endured in silence, gently giving listeners a push forward—that’s the appeal.
It’s a staple as a sports anthem, of course, but many people also cherish it as an anthem for life.
The commercial is moving, combining scenes of the two members of Yuzu singing with footage of Japanese national team athletes in competition.
