ORIX HOTELS & RESORTS New Commercial: “What Makes a Good Trip?”

This commercial promotes the idea that ORIX HOTELS & RESORTS makes great trips possible, as conveyed through Wakana Matsumoto’s presence.

The place she visits is HAKONE ASHINOKO HANAORI, and it depicts her relaxing on the water-terrace that looks out over Lake Ashi.

From the way she talks there about what makes a good trip, you can feel that she’s enjoying a fulfilling journey and a moment of tranquility.

The visuals also spark curiosity about what other locations there are and what kinds of experiences await.

This commercial is part of a series where Rina Kawaei, formerly of AKB48, explains the Orix Group’s businesses.

In this “Aircraft Leasing” installment, Kawaei arrives in Hawaii by plane and launches into a rapid-fire explanation to her boyfriend about how the Orix Group leases aircraft to countries around the world.

When she finishes and says, “Shall we head back?” everyone there does an exaggerated comic pratfall worthy of Yoshimoto Shinkigeki!
