Townwork “Raft” VersionTakuya Kimura, Mana Ashida

[RECRUIT] Townwork [Mana Ashida][Takuya Kimura] 15-second commercial

The commercial “Ikada” for Townwork features Takuya Kimura and Mana Ashida appearing as themselves.

It’s a unique spot that portrays the two during a commercial shoot: Kimura asks what Townwork is, and Ashida replies to his question with the phrase “ito okashi.” Since it’s a commercial, there isn’t any particularly deep meaning; it’s designed to make an impact, which is likely why it’s presented this way.

Townwork: ‘The Fake Part-Time Job God—Yummy’ Version

Hitoshi Matsumoto impersonator JP appears as a “fake god”; Shotaro Mamiya says, “If it were just the voice, I wouldn’t know.” Townwork’s new part-time-job God commercials: ‘Fake Part-Time Job God: Oishii’ and ‘Fake Part-Time Job God: Fake Sound’

A series of commercials where Hitoshi Matsumoto plays the “God of Part-Time Jobs” and Shotaro Mamiya plays a guy looking for a part-time job.

Mamiya consults the Job God and, following his advice, takes some supplements—but it turns out that god is a fake.

“Not supplements, an app!” the real God scolds him.

In the end, everyone says the supplements taste good, and the fake and real gods are all goofing around together, which feels natural and makes it even funnier.

Townwork “Friend’s Part-Time Job God” – Best Friends EditionHitoshi Matsumoto, Ruriko Kojima, Shotaro Mamiya

Shotaro Mamiya blushes at a cheek kiss from Hitoshi Matsumoto: New Townwork CM “God of Friends” edition & interview

This is the Townwork commercial series titled “Friend’s Part-Time Job God: Best Buds,” featuring Downtown’s Hitoshi Matsumoto as the ‘God of Part-Time Jobs.’ The ‘Part-Time Job God,’ portrayed by Matsumoto, appears before Shotaro Mamiya, who is always looking for a part-time job.

This time, Mamiya’s friend is also job hunting, but the one who appears to him is a female deity, Ruriko Kojima.

As Mamiya watches, envious of the interaction between his friend and Kojima, Matsumoto gently stays by his side, and in the end gives him a peck on the cheek.

The final moment, where Mamiya lets out a natural little chuckle, is especially cute.

Townwork “Friend’s Part-Time Job God” Crying VersionHitoshi Matsumoto, Ruriko Kojima, Shotaro Mamiya

Shotaro Mamiya blushes at a cheek kiss from Hitoshi Matsumoto: New Townwork CM “God of Friends” edition & interview

This is the Townwork commercial series featuring Hitoshi Matsumoto from Downtown as the “Part-Time Job God,” titled ‘Friend’s Part-Time Job God: Tears.’ Shota Mamiya and his friend are holding their smartphones, saying, “We’ve gotta look for a part-time job,” when each of their own Part-Time Job Gods appears.

Seeing the beautiful Part-Time Job God assigned to his friend, Ruriko Kojima, Mamiya says, “I want that god instead!” which makes Matsumoto burst into tears.

Then Mamiya gently pulls the weeping Part-Time Job God into an embrace… Those two make quite the pair, don’t they? (laughs)

TOWNWORK “God’s Feelings: Karaoke” Version

At the God Snack bar, Hitoshi Matsumoto and Mama Tomochika sing a duet / Townwork commercial: “God’s Feelings” edition

This is the TOWNWORK commercial, “God’s Feelings: Karaoke,” for the part-time job information app operated by Recruit.

God is played by Hitoshi Matsumoto, and the goddess(?) at the snack bar where God is venting is played by Tomochika.

When God tries to relieve stress by singing karaoke, the goddess rings a lackluster bell, and in the end she snatches the mic and does the singing herself.

The song from this commercial really gets stuck in your head, doesn’t it? (lol)

Hot Pepper Beauty: “The moment you decide is the moment you become beautiful” (version)

Kasumi Arimura & Yō Yoshida share their first commercial together: Arimura is inspired by the elegantly mature Yoshida in the new Hot Pepper Beauty TV commercial, “The moment you decide is the moment you become beautiful.”

This is a commercial for Hot Pepper Beauty, a beauty-focused portal site where you can find all kinds of salons, released in December 2018.

The ad highlights the advantage of being able to make a reservation right when you want to go.

The background music features a solo performance on accordion or bandoneon, creating a stylish atmosphere!

Hot Pepper Beauty: ‘Find a New You’ Version

Senior actress Yō Yoshida reacts to Kasumi Arimura’s new hairstyle / Hot Pepper Beauty commercial “Find a New You” (15 seconds)

A series of Hot Pepper Beauty commercials featuring Yo Yoshida and Kasumi Arimura as senior and junior colleagues at a company.

Inspired by Yo Yoshida, Kasumi Arimura changes her hairstyle, but the name of the style is so difficult that she can’t even pronounce it properly herself (lol).

And the casual, tousle-haired version of Kasumi Arimura that appears as her inner voice? She’s absolutely adorable.

The way she’s elated and deflated by Yo Yoshida’s words is also super cute.
