Lovely Play & Recreation

Sports that everyone can enjoy regardless of age. Including Yuru Sports.

We’d like to introduce some recreational sports that are perfect for events and gatherings with a wide range of ages, from children to seniors!

When you think of sports, baseball or soccer might come to mind first, but if there are differences in age, physique, or experience, it can be hard for everyone to enjoy them together.

So this time, we’ve gathered recreational sports that everyone can enjoy equally and get excited about!

Some can be played indoors, like in a gym, so if you’re thinking, “I want to play with lots of people of different backgrounds,” be sure to use this as a reference!

Ball Arrangement Relay

Ball Arrangement Game (3×3, 4×4) [Indoor Physical Activity Example]
Ball Arrangement Relay

You know the game tic-tac-toe, where you draw a 3×3 grid on paper, take turns writing O and X, and the first to line up three vertically, horizontally, or diagonally wins? This ball-lineup relay is a team version of that using balls.

Each team has three balls and takes turns placing them to make a line—but don’t forget to block the other team’s line as well.

After placing a ball, you run back to your line and tag the next person, who then moves a ball, and so on.

If you use four balls and a 4×4 grid, the difficulty increases.

In hot weather, throw on a swimsuit and enjoy getting soaked to your heart’s content—that’s the best part.

Because it’s fun for everyone regardless of age or build, it’s perfect for family and community events.

Under the summer sun, why not refresh your body and mind with Water Balloon Splash Toss? It’s sure to create unforgettable memories!

Safe baseball

How to enjoy baseball safely! Get excited with simple gear. With this, you can play baseball to your heart’s content at the park! \(^o^)/
Safe baseball

Let’s play using soft materials! Here’s a safe baseball idea.

When you think of baseball, you probably imagine wooden or metal bats and cork-filled balls.

But when playing with preschoolers or kids who aren’t familiar with baseball, how about enjoying the game with soft equipment? Use a pool noodle cut in half as the bat, and a ball made by crumpling newspaper.

Give it a try!

Ball Rolling Relay

Ball-rolling relays are also ideal for exercising your legs and hips.

The rules are simple: weave around multiple cones set up on the course and head for the goal.

However, you must roll the ball—you can’t carry it or dribble it.

That means you’ll need to control the ball quickly while staying in a half-crouch.

It’s more demanding than it looks, so be sure to stretch well before you start.

The smaller the ball, the harder it is to roll.

Fluffy Tennis Using Scrap Materials

[Fun for Parents and Kids] Beat the rainy season with 'Fluffy Tennis' made from recycled materials!
Fluffy Tennis Using Scrap Materials

Here’s an idea for fluffy tennis using recycled materials.

Tennis usually involves a racket and a ball, but this time let’s try tennis using a plastic bottle and a bag! You’ll need a plastic bottle, a bag, stickers, a pen, and masking tape.

Draw your favorite illustrations on the bag, then fill it with air.

Decorating the plastic bottle freely with masking tape and stickers will get everyone excited.

Work together to keep the softly floating bag from falling.
