While their early songs were all in English, they’ve recently been adding more distinctive Japanese lyrics that feature clever rhymes.

Night Parade of One Hundred DemonsHello Sleepwalkers

This is a five-member band consisting of Shuntaro (vocals & guitar), Narumi (vocals & guitar), Tasoko (guitar), Makoto (bass), and Yuki (drums).
In 2014, their song Midnight Rendezvous, which was used as the opening theme for the Noragami OAD, became a hit.
In 2016, they released a new work, Planless Perfection, co-produced with Colin Brittain.
Their sound is characterized by the powerful energy of triple guitars and a wide-ranging musicality featuring male-female twin vocals!

UTOPIAFINLANDS

The band was formed by a guitarist-vocalist and a bassist, but after the bassist left in 2019, they’ve been performing live with support members.
Her biggest appeal is, without a doubt, her distinctive singing voice.

Spring ThiefYorushika

In the Reiwa era, the band Yorushika has been making waves for crafting albums as cohesive works based on unique concepts.
Originally active as a Vocaloid producer, n-buna handles songwriting and guitar, while the singer suis provides the vocals.
Their sound often features brisk guitar rock with prominent piano, yet they also offer a diverse range of expressions within that style.
Beyond the atmosphere of the songs and suis’s fluid yet at times powerful voice, the catchy yet profound compositions by n-buna are also a major draw—this is a duo brimming with highlights.

Formed in Fukuoka in 2015 with new members joining the predecessor band CHEESE CAKE.
They made their major debut in 2013.
Vocalist Saki Iwabuchi’s sweet yet passionate, captivating voice, combined with innovative lyrics and a danceable rock sound, makes listening a real joy! Their unique worldview depicting the subtleties of a woman’s heart is sure to be addictive, and they’re especially recommended if you’re looking for a distinctive female-fronted band.
In 2020, they became a duo and launched their private label, Noisy.
Charonnegoto

A four-piece band with all members born in the Heisei era.
They made their major debut in 2010, and their light, colorful sound resonates with melodic, catchy appeal and a deeply emotional pull.
Some of you might know their first single, “Charon,” from the au LISMO commercial.
Pay attention to vocalist Sachiko Aoyama—who wrote many of their lyrics—for her expansive, crystal-clear voice! They were a distinctive girls’ band that had an electric vibe and honed their unique style from early on, but they disbanded on July 20, 2019.
Since then, many of the members have been active as solo artists.

A four-piece rock band formed in 2009.
Their songs intertwine band-driven sounds with hints of classical grandeur, earning acclaim as highly polished pop-rock numbers.
