Draw pictures or patterns with a water-based marker on aluminum foil, then mist it with water.
Place a sheet of white drawing paper on top to transfer the foil’s patterns onto the paper.
Cut the paper to resemble the blossoms of a cherry tree, and attach it to a separate sheet where you’ve made the trunk.
Finally, stick paper-cut cherry blossom pieces onto the blossom area and add rhinestones for extra sparkle—and you’re done! Since most of the drawings or patterns made with the water-based marker will blur, it’s fine to draw freely.
However, because it’s a cherry blossom theme, be sure to use plenty of pink.

The tissue paper sections become three-dimensional, so they pop off the wall and look adorable.
Make the trunk and petals from construction paper, and display them together with the tissue paper blossoms.
You can crumple the tissue paper tightly, but if you want a softer, fluffier look, loosely crumple it.

Inflate five heart balloons, gather them at the necks, and arrange them into a flower shape.
Add a round balloon in the center as the pistil to create a three-dimensional flower.
Make the pistil by connecting two round balloons together, and attach them so the flower looks complete from both the front and back.
When connecting, gather and tie the necks or pull and wrap them around tightly so you can assemble it without glue.
Use balloons in various colors to create a bright, festive decoration.
Cherry blossom decorations you can make with items from a 100-yen shop
This is a cherry blossom wall decoration using balloons, paper fans, and tissue paper petals.
Prepare light pink and clear balloons, pink and cream-colored paper fans, and cherry blossom–colored tissue paper.
By unifying the palette with soft hues, you’ll create a decoration that’s both springlike and cute.
It’s recommended to group the balloons and paper fans together, then arrange the petals so they appear to flow outward from that cluster.
This way, the balloons and paper fans will look like a cherry blossom tree.
Spring decorations made with 100-yen store balloons
Here’s how to make a spring-like flower decoration using small balloons.
You’ll need six balloons for one flower.
Five of them will be used for the petals, and the remaining one for the center.
First, inflate the balloons for the petals to match the size of the flower you want to make.
Tie the openings together to secure them, and adjust their positions to form the shape of a flower.
After inflating the balloon for the center, twist it in the middle to divide it into two.
Wrap this around the middle of the petals to secure it, and you’re done.
Attach the center on both the front and back so that the flower looks complete from either side.
How to make a floral column arch
