This is the much-talked-about commercial for Midori, created through a collaboration between suis, the vocalist of Yorushika, and Tsubasa Yamaguchi, the author of the manga Blue Period.

The CM features a lavish production in which an animated video based on illustrations drawn by Yamaguchi is set to a self-cover of Haru performed by suis specifically for this commercial.

The visuals, centered on jade green—the signature color of Midori—are refreshing and captivating, and the special arrangement of Haru for this CM has a gentle tone that makes you want to listen to the entire track.
