Squeeze Fake Sweets: How to Make (1–10)
Tapioca drink with tape

Why not try making a boba drink using clear gel tape, a craft item that’s been very popular lately? It’s a perfect DIY idea for girls who love stylish projects.
Its charm lies in how realistic it looks, with a finish that resembles food samples.
The method is simple: use liquid laundry starch (or glue) and borax to make a milk tea–colored slime, create a milk-carton-shaped container with gel tape, and add black deodorizing beads to mimic tapioca pearls and square acrylic pieces to mimic ice, then combine everything with the milk tea slime.
It’s a fun craft with a satisfyingly tactile feel that you’ll want to touch forever.
Mochi-mochi Melon Pan Squishy

You’ll want to keep touching it! Here’s how to make a squishy, mochi-like melon-pan toy.
First, draw the shape of a melon pan on a white sponge and cut it with scissors to make it spherical.
Next, mix yellow paint into soft clay to get a melon-pan color, and roll the clay out to about 8 mm thick.
Apply adhesive to the sponge, then wrap and press the rolled-out clay around the sponge.
Be careful not to tear the clay.
Finally, use a cuticle stick to poke air holes around the sides, add crosshatch cuts and coloration on the surface to mimic baking marks, and let it dry for one day to finish.
It could be fun to try making other types of bread, too.
Make it look as delicious as you can!
Sparkly inedible dessert
@mugimama_diy I tried making a sparkly, inedible dessert ✨ It looks like a light, doesn’t it? ✨✨#FakeSweetsResin#resinHandmade

Why not try your hand at sweets art with “sparkly inedible desserts”? They look just like real jelly! But… in fact, they’re entirely handmade fake sweets.
Using resin sheets, glitter, and clear materials, this craft lets you create jewel-like desserts you can’t eat.
Their cute, mysterious look will captivate anyone who sees them! Most people will probably think, “I’ve always wanted to taste a dessert like this at least once.” They’re sure to be eye-catching, photogenic pieces.
Plus, put them on a light base and they glow! It’s the perfect finishing touch for a romantically charming sweet.
A bento made with sweets

At first glance, it looks like a cute, ordinary bento—but what if everything in it were actually sweets? Why not try making a bento like that? For the “rice,” use traditional puffed rice snacks; for green peas, use colorful round chocolate candies; and turn salami sticks into little octopus sausages.
Many snacks we casually eat can look like bento side dishes with just a bit of creative cutting.
Try making an adorable, sweet bento that feels part pretend-play, part craft!
whipped resin
@chat_ange A craft project for summer break that even lower-grade kids can make… Instead of shaker resin, it’s whip resin. I hope it catches on as a new term! I tried applying the trendy whip deco to a shaker resin piece. I haven’t seen this anywhere else, so maybe it’s a first?! 🤣 I’m thinking it might be easier than regular shaker resin—what do you think? It’s cute as is, but once the whip dries, it could be turned into a keychain too. I’ll upload a video when I make another one. If you still haven’t made your summer break project yet, I hope this helps as a reference! 😆Summer Vacation Craft#Summer vacation homeworkFree craftUse it freely for crafts.#WhippedResin#HowToMakeShakerResinShaker resinResin#ResinHandmade#ResinWork

We’ll show you how to make whipped resin that feels just like making sweets.
First, let’s create the base with resin.
Pour resin into a mold and cure it.
You can make the color however you like.
Once the base is ready, add the deco “whip,” then place decorative parts on top to embellish it.
When the whip hardens, it’s done! Using store-bought decorative parts is easy, but if you’d like to try making more with resin, take this opportunity to handcraft the parts as well.
Baskin-Robbins-style ice cream

If you want to try making fake-sweets keychains or ornaments—cute but maybe a bit tricky—the highly recommended project is a Baskin-Robbins-style ice cream that looks just like the real thing.
All you need are paper clay, paint, a toothbrush, and a bamboo skewer.
Color the paper clay to match the size and flavor you want, roll it into a ball, flatten the bottom, and use the skewer and toothbrush to create an ice cream texture.
Once you get used to it, you’ll quickly get the hang of it.
Be careful not to overmix the paint or it will get too dark and you’ll have to add more clay; it’s best to add paint little by little.
Try placing your scoop in a paper cup or even a real ice cream cup.
fake sweets

We’re introducing fake-sweets dango that will make you want to eat them just by looking! First, roll clay into balls of a suitable size.
Wrap each ball with nano tape, then reshape it into a smooth, round dango.
Make three of these, line them up, and attach a stick.
Finally, sprinkle on fake-sweets chocolate sprinkles and you’re done.
If you want to add color to the dango, tint the clay with paint before rolling it into balls.
Since nano tape is double-sided, it easily collects dust.
Display the finished piece in a case or similar container.
