CRAFT BOSS Unsweetened Italiano ‘Alien Jones – Pizza Shop (Anime)’ 30-second version Tommy Lee Jones, Koji Yakusho, Hana Sugisaki, Suntory commercial

The Craft Boss “Alien Jones” series featuring Tommy Lee Jones always has a fun storyline and is really popular.

This new commercial is different from the previous ones in that it’s animated.

In the narration, there’s a humorous explanation that it became animation because they couldn’t shoot on location in Italy.

The story about Alien Jones, who can’t stand anything being crooked, is quite entertaining, so be sure to check it out.

The BGM is the theme from the Italian film Amarcord by Fellini, which gives it a lovely, elegant atmosphere.

The commercials in the Alien Jones series featuring Tommy Lee Jones—“An Errand One Day” and “A Day at the Café”—depict Alien Jones as junior to Sakura Ando’s character.

He’s asked to run out for a café latte and ends up going to a café with her.

In both spots, they ultimately conclude that instead of buying a café latte, the unsweetened Craft Boss Italiano is more than sufficient.

For the background music, in a nod to the product name, the theme from the Italian film Amarcord by Fellini is used.
