Double star

Let’s make a cute and eye-catching double star! First, fold the origami paper in half, and on one of the halves, make an X-shaped crease.
From the side without the creases, fold toward the creases to form a long, narrow triangle shape.
Once folded, trim off the parts that stick out with scissors, then unfold the paper.
When you open it, it will be a pentagon.
Make the creases that go from the center to the corners valley folds, and the creases that go from the center to the edges mountain folds.
Next, add finer creases and open it up again.
Finally, fold while gradually lifting the creases formed in the center, and you’re done! Since there are many small steps, please try it together with a parent or teacher.
Hachiwara (a cat with a split two-tone face pattern)

Chiikawa is a manga series that originated on social media, created by illustrator Nagano.
Its gap between laid-back, cute characters and surreal storytelling is entertaining, and it’s loved by people of all ages! Here, we’ll introduce an origami craft of Hachiware—Chiikawa’s cheerful, positive friend.
You can easily make it with two sheets of origami paper, so if you’re a Chiikawa fan, why not give it a try? You’ll make the head and body separately and combine them at the end.
There aren’t any particularly difficult steps, though the body may have more fine folds.
It’s also fun to change Hachiware’s facial expression or add your own creative twists!
Heart with a ribbon

I’ll show you how to fold a cute heart with a ribbon using a single sheet of origami paper.
First, fold the paper using the balloon base.
With a corner pointing down, make a crease by folding up to the top edge, then collapse the left and right along the crease.
Squash-fold the top left and right corners along the top edge.
Fold up one layer of the triangular section.
Flip it over and fold the bottom edge up to the center.
Rotate 90 degrees, then squash-fold the upper left and right.
Tuck the single layer sticking out in the middle to the inside along the edge.
Fold each corner up to the nearest edge.
Flip it over and squash-fold the square section.
Fold the corners outward on a diagonal, then open the top sections with your fingers and shape them into ribbon loops to finish!
rabbit daruma

With two sheets of origami paper, you can make a cute snowman bunny.
First, fold the paper into a triangle twice.
After unfolding once back to the first triangle, fold up the bottom edge of the paper about 1.5 cm.
Next, fold both ends upward to meet the top corner.
Fold the left, right, and bottom corners, turn it over, and tuck the top corner inward.
That completes the bunny’s face! For the body, fold the paper into a square twice, then unfold.
Fold all four corners to the center.
Then fold the four corners to the center again.
Finally, slightly fold the corners to round them off, and you’re done! Connect the two parts together.
strawberry

This is a cute strawberry craft made with origami paper, scissors, and glue.
Fold a sheet of origami paper in half, then fold it in half again.
Fold one corner inward to create the strawberry piece.
For the calyx (leafy top), fold another piece of origami paper in half once, cut out a small strip, then cut that strip into three equal parts with scissors.
Apply glue to the ends of the cut pieces, form them into loops, and stick them together.
Attach these loops to the folded corner of the strawberry you prepared earlier, and finish by drawing the seeds freely with a pen.
