If you show a few photos or illustrations and ask, “Which one is the Tyrannosaurus?”, even preschoolers should be able to pick it out.

If the child is a real dinosaur expert, you could include tougher ones like Carnotaurus, Spinosaurus, or Parasaurolophus.

It’s a quiz where you can look at the many dinosaurs that actually existed on Earth and learn together as parent and child while feeling the romance of history!

Japan is a country with four seasons.

You probably don’t start paying attention to that until you’re older, but even so, children are naturally interested in the flowers that bloom in each season.

The “Flower Quiz” is a fun way to learn about different flowers.

Once they’ve learned the names, you can take it a step further with questions that connect colors and seasons, like: “Which flowers are yellow?” Answer: “Sunflowers, marigolds.” “Which flowers bloom in autumn?” Answer: “Cosmos,” and so on.

It also sounds fun to go for a walk in a park and look for the flowers you’ve learned about.

It’s designed so even preschoolers can learn while having fun.

If your child loves vehicles, it’s sure to be a hit!

Insect Quiz

Insect Quiz ★ Rhinoceros Beetles, Stag Beetles, and Praying Mantises ★ Kids' Anime ★ Educational Video for Babies and Toddlers ★ Insects Animation for Kids
Insect Quiz

The insect quiz is a game where you guess the names of various insects.

Prepare illustrations, cards, picture books, or videos of insects you can commonly see in nearby parks—such as rhinoceros beetles, stag beetles, longhorn beetles, praying mantises, katydids, cicadas, swallowtail butterflies, crickets, cabbage white butterflies, golden-ringed dragonflies, pill bugs, ladybugs, and so on—and use them for the questions.

Adjust the difficulty according to age by offering three or four multiple-choice options.

Adding more varieties, including insects from overseas, makes it fun even for elementary school children.

Logic Quiz

10 logic riddles that only the most careful 1% can solve
Logic Quiz

Mystery is a genre that people of all ages can enjoy.

Anime and manga featuring detectives as the main characters are also hugely popular.

The real appeal of mysteries is the deduction, isn’t it? What we’re introducing here is a deduction game starring a certain detective, where you solve small cases.

It comes with short, easy-to-understand stories, so it’s accessible for children, too.

That said, the content is authentic, so there’s plenty to sink your deductive teeth into.

It’s a quiz that kids who admire series like Detective Conan will especially enjoy.

Life & sound-guessing quiz

Baby Laughs ♪ Kids' Animation ★ What Sound Is That? Daily Life Sound-Guessing Game ★ What is that sound? / Animation for kids
Life & sound-guessing quiz

Let me introduce a sound-guessing quiz based on everyday life.

There are all kinds of sounds around us—like a clock’s second hand, a shower, wind chimes, or a kettle boiling.

Let’s turn them into a quiz! Even sounds you hear all the time can be surprisingly tricky when it’s only the sound.

This activity helps develop the ability to think using hearing rather than sight, as well as intuition, adaptability, and intellectual curiosity, making it perfect for kids who are bored with simple quizzes.

Give it a try with your child and have fun making some noise together!

Hiragana Rearrangement Quiz

Rearranging letters to create a different meaning is called an “anagram.” For example, the relationship between “wani” and “niwa” is a kind of anagram.

Let’s enjoy a brain workout with a similar game, the “hiragana rearrangement quiz”! What do you get when you rearrange “da-ra-ku”? The answer is “rakuda” (camel).

The more letters there are, the harder it gets, so for toddlers to lower elementary grades, 3–4 characters seem like a good guideline.

Upper grades can have fun even with around 10 characters.

It’s also fun to pick a theme, like fruits or historical figures!

Animal Quiz

Children's Educational: What's This? Animal Quiz Game – Soothes Babies, Captivates Toddlers
Animal Quiz

Let’s have fun with an “Animal Quiz” featuring animals everyone loves! If you’re making original questions, kids might get bored with just words, so it’s better to include lots of illustrations and photos.

It’s easier to create questions if you decide on a theme.

For example, a “Animal Tails Quiz” where you only show the tail, or an “Animal Silhouette Quiz” where kids guess the animal from a shadow-like silhouette.

If you have a smartphone or tablet, you could even make an “Animal Sounds Quiz.” Create a fun quiz that stimulates children’s senses!

Sea Creatures Quiz

Sea Creatures Quiz ★ Aquarium ★ Kids’ Animation ★ Educational Video for Babies & Toddlers ★ Aquarium / Sea Creatures Animation for Kids
Sea Creatures Quiz

According to one theory, 99.9 percent of living creatures live in water.

They say there are still many sea creatures that haven’t been discovered yet! Quiz videos about marine life are also uploaded on video sites, so be sure to check them out for reference.

If you’re making your own, how about a “Fish or Not a Fish” quiz? You look at a photo and guess whether it’s a fish or not.

The key is to include borderline cases like Pacific saury, whales, sharks, medaka, and dolphins.

Another idea is a “What is this?” quiz where you reveal parts of a photo little by little.

It could be even more fun if you mix in non-fish creatures like sea anemones and sea urchins as questions!

Vegetable Quiz

Vegetable Quiz ★ Can you guess the names of the vegetables? ★ Kids’ animation ★ Educational video for babies and toddlers ★ Vegetables animation for kids
Vegetable Quiz

This is a colorful and appetizing vegetable quiz where you guess the names of vegetables.

From kid-favorite veggies like corn, potatoes, sweet potatoes, and pumpkins to a wide variety with different colors and shapes—such as bell peppers, cucumbers, asparagus, lotus root, carrots, and onions—many vegetables make an appearance.

It’s a fun way to learn and is sure to help reduce children’s dislike of vegetables just a little.

It might even support food education!
