If you show a few photos or illustrations and ask, “Which one is the Tyrannosaurus?”, even preschoolers should be able to pick it out.
If the child is a real dinosaur expert, you could include tougher ones like Carnotaurus, Spinosaurus, or Parasaurolophus.
It’s a quiz where you can look at the many dinosaurs that actually existed on Earth and learn together as parent and child while feeling the romance of history!
Flower Quiz
Japan is a country with four seasons.
You probably don’t start paying attention to that until you’re older, but even so, children are naturally interested in the flowers that bloom in each season.
The “Flower Quiz” is a fun way to learn about different flowers.

Let me introduce a sound-guessing quiz based on everyday life.
There are all kinds of sounds around us—like a clock’s second hand, a shower, wind chimes, or a kettle boiling.
Let’s turn them into a quiz! Even sounds you hear all the time can be surprisingly tricky when it’s only the sound.
This activity helps develop the ability to think using hearing rather than sight, as well as intuition, adaptability, and intellectual curiosity, making it perfect for kids who are bored with simple quizzes.

Hiragana Rearrangement Quiz
Rearranging letters to create a different meaning is called an “anagram.” For example, the relationship between “wani” and “niwa” is a kind of anagram.
Let’s enjoy a brain workout with a similar game, the “hiragana rearrangement quiz”! What do you get when you rearrange “da-ra-ku”? The answer is “rakuda” (camel).
The more letters there are, the harder it gets, so for toddlers to lower elementary grades, 3–4 characters seem like a good guideline.

According to one theory, 99.9 percent of living creatures live in water.
They say there are still many sea creatures that haven’t been discovered yet! Quiz videos about marine life are also uploaded on video sites, so be sure to check them out for reference.
If you’re making your own, how about a “Fish or Not a Fish” quiz? You look at a photo and guess whether it’s a fish or not.
The key is to include borderline cases like Pacific saury, whales, sharks, medaka, and dolphins.
Another idea is a “What is this?” quiz where you reveal parts of a photo little by little.
It could be even more fun if you mix in non-fish creatures like sea anemones and sea urchins as questions!

This is a colorful and appetizing vegetable quiz where you guess the names of vegetables.
