Lovely healing music

Music that lulls you into a comfortable sleep. Songs to listen to when going to bed.

Many people find it very calming to play soft, soothing music and close their eyes when they go to sleep, right?

I do that sometimes too!

It’s perfect for a nap on a day off, but I’m sure there are also busy people who think, “I can’t seem to get much time to rest…” or “I want something to heal my tired body after work…”

Those are exactly the people I’d love to recommend this to.

I’ve picked out some gentle, sleep-inducing tracks.

Since a variety of people will be reading this, I intentionally chose songs from different genres.

Find the mood you like!

BGM that induces deep sleep

I think this audio is good for taking a short nap of about an hour.

Please use your preferred speakers, headphones, or earphones and have a comfortable sleep.

I hope it helps you drift off pleasantly.

Also, I’m curious about trying a different audio track as well.

Tomorrow ColorYasuda Rei

A smash hit by Rei Yasuda, an artist gaining attention from music fans for her clear, approachable vocals and melodies that linger with listeners.

The song is filled with hope for a tomorrow we have yet to know, and as a slow ballad, it’s perfect BGM before bedtime.

In conclusion

We’ve introduced a lot of recommended music for sleeping up to this point.

How was it? Since everyone has different tastes, I deliberately chose a fairly mixed range of styles.

If there’s something that makes you think “This is it!”, it might be a good idea to dig deeper into that artist.

Maybe you’re already starting to feel sleepy just listening.

Well then, I’ll wrap it up here…
