Last updated:

Many people find it very calming to play soft, soothing music and close their eyes when they go to sleep, right?

I do that sometimes too!

It’s perfect for a nap on a day off, but I’m sure there are also busy people who think, “I can’t seem to get much time to rest…” or “I want something to heal my tired body after work…”

Those are exactly the people I’d love to recommend this to.

I’ve picked out some gentle, sleep-inducing tracks.

Since a variety of people will be reading this, I intentionally chose songs from different genres.

Find the mood you like!

Good night.

It’s All For YouPueblo Vista & Stream_error

A synthesizer with a warm tone riding over noise, and a withered drum rhythm.

It’s a track whose slightly chilly, cool-tinged sounds arrive through your ears.

Yet it also carries a campfire-like warmth, making it a piece that can become any landscape depending on you.

AngelDominic Miller

Dominic Miller, a guitarist from Argentina.

This piece gently flows with the sound of his acoustic guitar.

Its relaxed tempo and calming mood are captivating, making it an instrumental guitar solo that seems likely to bring pleasant dreams even after you drift off to sleep.

Dream RoadsDrkmnd

From an intro where a synthesizer with a richly expansive sound blends with a bass drum and handclaps, this piece of electronic music, “Dream Roads,” morphs freely with a hint of noise.

The sound is quite tricky, but as you follow its rhythm, you might just find yourself nodding off.

AquariumLilac

Perhaps noise really does have a calming effect.

This track starts with a hiss-laced intro, then a tight rhythm joins in.

The song “Aquarium” puts you in the mood of fish swimming in a sunless sea.

It’s very short, but it clears your mind.

DreamYorokobi

As the title ‘Dream’ suggests, this is a truly dreamlike, elusive track.

Distinctive tones dart around a backdrop of swelling synthesizers.

What kind of scene does this song evoke for you? It’s an enchantingly ethereal, floating number.

Routine.brillion.

Amid the noise, this track features a muffled, dramatic sound.

It’s a glittering number built with electronic instruments—one you’ll want to listen to with your eyes closed and fully immerse yourself in its world.

Just as the title “routine” suggests, it’s a song that may blend seamlessly into your daily life like a familiar ritual.

Stillness of the Holy PlaceKosemura Akira

Akira Kosemura, a pianist from Tokyo.

Here is a piece where his delicate, flowing sound captivates listeners.

Its spatial spread is just right for listening in the bedroom, and simply leaning in to the music and closing your eyes feels like being gently led into the world of sleep.
