wrap (as in: wrap up filming)SKRYU

Released in June 2025, this track by SKRYU is a hip-hop dance tune that likens life to a single movie.

Maeshima Soshi’s bouncing beat and synths that evoke ’90s–’00s dance music help drive your workout rhythm.

The lyrics lay out a resolve for an unending star-studded life, powerfully expressing the stance of continuing to walk with oneself as the protagonist.

It’s better suited to HIIT or cardio that keeps you moving to the beat than to power lifts that involve heaving heavy weights.
