BGM to listen to during strength training: Music that gets you pumped (21–30)
The BeginningONE OK ROCK

ONE OK ROCK’s iconic song “The Beginning,” released in 2012.
It’s their seventh single and was used as the theme song for the film Rurouni Kenshin.
Many of you probably know it, but the chorus is insanely intense.
It’s also got a serious melody, so I recommend it to trainees right before a competition.
If you listen to it near the end of a high-rep workout, the melody might help you push past your limits.
Just be careful not to go full “Polomboy-ism”!
Gym TimeYoung Hastle

YOUNG HASTLE, affectionately known as “Yanhass.” He’s an MC who’s always working out, so not only the heads but people in the fitness industry probably know him too.
As the title suggests, “Gym Time” is a track made for working out.
A fun twist is how it switches into trap music midway through.

An aggressive rock number by ONE OK ROCK that champions valuing instinct over logic and the importance of always pushing forward! Its powerful vocals and driving sound will inspire anyone who listens.
The track was selected as the ending theme for the TBS TV program “Arabikidan,” and upon its release in February 2010, it reached No.

ultra soulB’z

This is a classic B’z track that boosts your motivation during workouts with energetic music and a powerful message.
Released in March 2001, the song is a powerful number that portrays the drive to challenge one’s limits and pursue dreams.
It also gained attention as the official theme song for the 2001 Fukuoka World Aquatics Championships.
Tak Matsumoto’s razor-sharp guitar and Koshi Inaba’s soaring vocals blend seamlessly to convey deep themes such as self-actualization and growth.
Highly recommended if you’re looking for an anthem that pushes you forward as you face your limits.
Do it quietly.hannya

“Shut Up and Do It” is a captivating track that evokes late-90s gangsta rap.
When it comes to workout songs, many people tend to prioritize melody, but this one fires you up more with its lyrics than its tune.
