Mash Up the DJ!MAN WITH A MISSION

It’s a famous song by the solitary rock band MAN WITH A MISSION, known for wearing wolf masks.

Featuring a DJ, the band’s unique sound is tough, and the catchy vocals create a brisk, exhilarating track that pushes you forward in your strength training.

Dynamite out of nowhere!MIGHTY JAM ROCK

MIGHTY JAM ROCK is a veteran reggae group from the West.

It’s the legendary group that JUMBO MAATCH, the third-generation Monster on the popular show “Freestyle Dungeon,” belongs to.

Their track ‘Ikinari Dynamite!’ isn’t the most famous in their catalog, but it’s extremely popular among hardcore fans.

That’s because this song is basically pure vibes—a track that feels like it was made for training! Definitely check it out!

Lose Control captivates with its tremendous sense of immersion.

The male vocals in the chorus, processed with effects, are particularly striking.

Becky Hill’s dry delivery also matches the feel of the track.

It’s great not only for hard work but also for light exercise.

With its deep sound, it’s a recommended pick when you want to boost your concentration all at once.

This track blends Architect’s deeply crafted production—skillfully using the classic breakbeat drum break from Apache—with Nagan Server’s sophisticated rap.

Its cool mood invites introspection while motivating focused training.

The BeginningONE OK ROCK

ONE OK ROCK’s iconic song “The Beginning,” released in 2012.

It’s their seventh single and was used as the theme song for the film Rurouni Kenshin.

Many of you probably know it, but the chorus is insanely intense.

It’s also got a serious melody, so I recommend it to trainees right before a competition.

If you listen to it near the end of a high-rep workout, the melody might help you push past your limits.

Just be careful not to go full “Polomboy-ism”!

Wait for it—I'm about to get serious.RHYMESTER

When it comes to RHYMESTER’s songs, I think many people imagine something refreshing.

Their track “Matte ro Ima Kara Honki Dasu” (“Wait, I’m About to Get Serious”) has a melody that, in a good way, doesn’t feel typically RHYMESTER.

The powerful rap and a track reminiscent of Chicano rap leave a strong impression.

It’s a perfect song for the beginning of a workout.
