Filming took place on the Minami-Aso Railway in Kumamoto, which had not yet been restored after the earthquake.
The song Kamishiraishi sings is “366 Days” by HY.
Although it’s famous as a love song, this commercial resonates powerfully as a message from a disaster-stricken area.

The sexy track and Keiko Kitagawa’s image are a perfect match.
It delivers a straightforward, mature vibe.
I bet many people found themselves wondering, “Whose song is this?” The track is by Nulbarich, a Japanese band formed in 2016.
Rooted in Black music, their sound is often compared to Suchmos.

I haven’t found any information about the song’s release, so it may have been written exclusively for the commercial.
