[Recruit Commercials] Popular and All-Time Commercials Compilation [2026] (111–120)

Study Sapuri “High School and University Entrance Exam” EditionAisa Takeuchi

Aisa Takeuchi looks cute in her school uniform! Playing a devoted high school girl preparing for exams—Recruit’s new commercial “Study Sapuri: High School and University Entrance Exam Edition” is now out.

The Recruit Study Sapuri commercial “High School and University Entrance Exams” featuring Aisa Takeuchi.

Separate from attending cram school, Study Sapuri offers classes and lectures on your smartphone or tablet, along with robust study plans and support—this commercial highlights all of that.

Being able to take classes and lessons from home is both convenient and impressive, isn’t it? The freshness and cuteness of Aisa Takeuchi are also key highlights of this ad.

And many people probably find that the opening classroom scene somehow sticks in their ears, don’t they? (laughs)

SUUMO: “Nanase-san’s filters are complete!” versionNanase Nishino

Nanase Nishino strikes a pose in a cowgirl outfit! Recruit SUUMO commercial

The Nanase featured in SUUMO’s commercial “Nanase-san’s Filters Complete!” is Nanase Nishino, formerly of Nogizaka46.

Living in the SUUMO House, she pulls a ton of clothes out of her closet but can’t find her favorite outfit.

Fed up with her disorganized room, Nishino decides to move.

When searching, she uses filters to pick places with a walk-in closet that can hold lots of clothes and options available for immediate move-in.

She quickly finds a place through the easy search and moves right in, showing off her favorite cowgirl outfit.

It’s also a CM where you won’t want to miss the little bits of Kansai dialect Nishino slips in.

Recruit Hot Pepper Beauty: “Hair Salon Door with LiLico” / “Review People with Ayami”LiLico, Ayami Nakajo

In the commercials for Hot Pepper Beauty provided by Recruit, each ad highlights the appeal of Hot Pepper Beauty.

The “Hair Salon Door with LiLico” version emphasizes that you can choose a salon that suits you by checking salon profiles, while the “Reviews Crowd with Ayami” version promotes the ability to view numerous reviews.

Many people may already be using it, but these spots once again convey just how convenient it is.

Recruit Hot Pepper Beauty Matoba Seisakusho “Photos” version / “Ratio” versionKoji Matoba

This is a Hot Pepper Beauty commercial featuring Koji Matoba appearing as the president of Matoba Manufacturing.

In this ad, it shows features designed to make it easier for men who feel hesitant about going to hair salons to use them—such as being able to browse many hairstyle images in advance and see the gender ratio of customers.

While these are actually functions implemented in the app, the commercial humorously depicts them as if they’re being manufactured with machines at Matoba Manufacturing, which adds a nice touch of humor.

Recruit Staffing Ganbare wa, Meguru. “Basketball” version / “Volleyball” versionRyunosuke Kamiki

It’s a commercial that portrays basketball and volleyball players giving their all, while also conveying how that effort spreads to others.

The powerful gaze in the narration by Ryunosuke Kamiki is striking, and it really communicates a sense of future hope—that the effort you’re putting in now can inspire someone else to start giving their all too.
